OREA Hotel Andels Praha

It was really great,live location. With many shops,market and mall close to you. The hotel was great surprise to me since i expected less. The breakfast was superb with so many choices and vegan options,the only one hotel i have been that has breakfast that long. The room was great with everything you need.

Everything was wonderful. Despite the difficulties with taking time off for the trip, the hotel staff quickly saved our trip. We were upgraded to a better room with excellent comfort. Quick, convenient, easy, clean, beautiful, and the food was delicious. What more could you want? :)

The only downside I can think of is the high prices of food in the hotel restaurant and snacks and drinks from the minibar.

Klara and Vjotech were very friendly, professional and helpful during check-in. Top notch staff!Room was clean and spacious. Shower/bathroom was also great.

The hallway noise was quite loud at times.

Modern, cosy and silent room, comfortable bed, there was everything you could need. 100 m from shopping mall and tram station. Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast - it was just excelent, I highly appreciate.

Comfortable, spacious and good connected by public transport

Spacious room, the free snacks and drinks at happy hour. Excellent location with a shopping mall very close by. Very helpful staff on reception and in the restaurant. Very good breakfast buffet. Enjoyed the barista coffee especially!

It was located near metro which made it so easy to get to all tourist attractions or walk if preferred.Also the area around hotel had plenty of bars restaurants and a shopping centre across the road.The hotel was modern The breakfast was good with plenty of variety

Only issue which was not major was the noise of the aircon/heater as was annoying when trying to get to sleep.

Spa hadn't been included in the price which wasn't clear when booking. Only included with executive rooms. We had to pay 250 ckz extra per person for 2 hrs.

The Hotel staff are thiefs, firstly they have charged me with extra money, then they made that I didn't show to the Hotel and charged me for No show charges, this was my 2nd visit and it will be the last

I liked everything the service was very nice and breakfast as well, rooms were clean and functional.

The hotel went above and beyond my expectations. The rooms were lovely, very clean and well maintained. The breakfast had everything you could imagine. The barista station was a really nice touch. Location was ideal, easy walk to the Prague 1 and the airport bus is literally outside. Couldn't recommend enough.

my room was way too cold, A/C did not work well, had to use separate electrical heatercheck-in procedure way too complicated (typing tons of information on an iPad with touch screen). And then they needed Austrian VAT number of my company - searching this one took another 2-3 minutes ... all in all check-in needs to be improved!BTW: I already filled all this information out during only pre-check-in some days ago. But obviously this got lost.

Everything was good - comfortable bed, total blackout curtains, nice breakfast, clean bathroom.

The smell of urine in the toilet, despite it being squeaky clean. I don't know why it happened.

Room was cozy and spacious, breakfast very nice and location really great as over the weekend you can leave the car outside in blue zones for free.

I tried to use the wellness but it wasn't worth to pay extra for it, nothing special whatsoever. Next time i'll skip.

Breakfast was excellent with varieties, good location and very neat facility.
