The location is the best, the tram stop is jus in front of the hotel. The room is quite spacious, good enough for the stay of 4.

The buffet breakfast has a lot of variety but the bread and cakes tasted so so. But some other food were quite good too like scrambled egg, tuna spread, peach, and yogurt.

That it’s close to the tram and staff were really accommodating and helpful when I forgot to book another night. Early check-in after a horrible time on the tram. I honestly don’t think I could’ve chosen a better place.

Sometimes the staff can be passive aggressive. I had asked for a card because I forgot it in my room and gave them my room number and he just stood there. I asked for a card again and he said “well you need to give me something no?” and I said I already gave you my room number twice then he said he didn’t hear me.Also, for a few nights, a bunch of young guys were occupying the whole floor so there was constant screaming and running and banging. I wish I was moved to another floor. At some point, I had come out of the room and saw they had played a prank on one of their friends where he’s locked out in just his boxers. I’d say this was the worst part cause I could barely sleep. Other than that, it wasn’t really the hotel’s fault.

Room was clean and comfortable. Access to the hotel is great (tram/bus stop in front of the hotel). Location is excellent - close to the main railway (and bus) station. If you want to stay in this part of the city, it is a good choice.

What disappointed me the most was the data leak - I was contacted on WhatsApp by some unknown account from India asking to verify the payment. They knew exact details of my booking - date, hotel... I asked the hotel and they confirmed that it is fake. But my personal info (name, phone number ...) is now "floating" somewhere in the cyberspace :(

The old town was literally within minutes reachable with public transportation and the tram station is in front of the hotel. The staff was kind and helpful.

The room could have been ok, but there are some problems. The windows are generally very old and it's not possible to close any of them and the street is pretty noisy, so you hear everything. The bathroom was very very smelly, it smelled like cigarette smoke. The walls are paper thin and we had very noisy neighbours (they were partying till 1.30 am). The restaurant was very crowded and old school and although the breakfast was edible, but it's rather a 3* hotel's breakfast or like a cafateria. So, all in all, our implression was not good. But for 2 nights it was acceptable.

Price

Food variety was limited and low quality. Not included in the hotel price. The VIP section costs even more but has a better selection They only have twin beds. No king or queen size. Had to combine the beds together. Cleaning staff was rude. Location wasn't bad.

The location was decent. Having an electric kettle in the room was awesome.

It was quite cold at night in the winter, additional blankets would have improved the experience. The shower/tub combo was difficult to get in and out of without falling. It would be impossible if you had any mobility issues, I slipped every time. Just be careful to book a room with more accessibility or be cautious during your stay.

The hotel is a solid three-star place; it doesn’t really live up to four stars. The room has a kettle, but no refrigerator. The plumbing is a bit outdated, but there were no problems with hot water. A big plus is a separate toilet and a separate shower. The room was warm. The beds are comfortable, and for those who care, there is a TV in the room.However, the Wi-Fi is rather weak — it’s not suitable for working on a laptop, and in the evenings the signal disappeared altogether. The hotel is indeed not far from the city center; there is a tram stop across the road from the hotel, and you can reach the main attractions in about 10 minutes.Breakfast, the gym, and the swimming pool are available for an additional fee.

They didn’t put water in the hotel. If I get thirsty I have to go to bar.

The room was nice. There was some noise from children within the hotel, but minimal. Close to some shops, and within walking distance of the train station and city centre.

Full service hotel. Fitness centre and spa available for an extra fee. Tram stop right outside.

The location is incredible. The breakfast had a lot of options.

The gym was a rip off. It cost a lot for getting like 4 machines that were really old and overall the price should be a half for what you get.

Located outside the hustle and bustle of the center, but an easy tram ride in many directions. Next door are some really cool and chill neighborhoods with small businesses, a beautiful cemetery and even a mall.The room was very clean and cleaned daily.

The floor was crooked, meaning the bed was not flush with the Earth, but at an odd angle.The hotel is completely overrun by youth groups that talk and laugh late into the night. Good for them! But not so much for me trying to sleep. The room was facing an ugly and rather noisy courtyard.

The location was very good, quite close to the city center, even if you go by walk. For the lasier, there goes a tram nearby. The room was nice and quiet.

The cleaning could be managed better.

Dated but clean

The front desk receptionist spent 15-20 minutes finding me a room with a bathtub. I will be forever grateful for the upgrade with a huge terrace and views on the ninth floor! Nice restaurant out in courtyard.
