Holiday Inn Prague Congress Centre By IHG

Clean, nice staff and rooms

The gym was under "reconstruction". There was no construction happening

2 rooms connected to each other

Drop off was not at hotel entrance We had to walk to end of road with all our luggage

It's a modern hotel with all the amenities you need. I felt very safe due to the keyed security entrances.

Phone was not workingWash basin drainage was badCoffee mugs from room service was bad and I had to wash again

Breakfast was great. Good selections and coffee! Staff was average

Recepcionist department and kitchen personel were very awesome. We would like to thank our female chef who cooks scrambled eggs for us every morning.

brekfast was great and room service supplied and when requesting something for the room or a cleanup, provided it promptly.

Great breakfast. Clean. Excellent staff.

The workers are friendly, room is nice, bed is comfortable. I would go there again.

Its far away from the centrum. Breakfast could have more options.

The staff were very helpful and the room was clean. Toiletries were provided in the room .

Location was good - modern- up to date facility - friendly staff - nice amenities. In room complementary water and tea/coffee a plus. Like the Dove bathroom products as a connection to being at home.

Took a minute to figure out the shower operation.

Close proximity to the conference centre Clean Staff are great

The hotel room charges significantly higher considering overall facilities.

good hotel for a short stay. Very nice garden area.

Rooms and bathroom are small.

The room was clean and beautiful, the most comfiest bed I've ever slept in.

Considering everything else was really superb the breakfast was a bit dull.

The staff at Reception was really great, they supported us to travel Prague with great Iternary, Maps and Guidance. The Room was very clean and awesome stay overall.on Friday(11.04.2025) we arrived little late to hotel and really very hungry, Chef supported us like anything cooked rice, some great salads, french fries ---Overall I would recommend to stay in this hotel if you are family/couple.

We liked everything :) no negative comments as such.

It is near the Congress centre, just a few steps away.Breakfast was good, there were a lot of gluten-free options, including GF bread, etc.The room was spacious and quiet.

Top location - near metro station, walking distanc to centre, great hotel with breakfast and stuff...

Super nice breakfast!

The receptionist failed to mention to us that we're getting a better rate for breakfast if booked when checking in. We only booked one breakfast as at that point we weren't sure what we were doing the following day. We then returned later to book the next day to be charged nearly 25% extra! I addition, we kept finding grapes on the floor in the room which seemed rather odd given the hotel boats by being super clean and tidy.

i did not include breakfast in my booking, because i was out at 5.30. The room was very clean and felt very well

there was nothing i did not like
