Convenient location if you are happy to use public transport, with a tram stop just around the corner and within walking distance of the Anděl metro station, bars and shops. It is possible to reach the airport by trolleybus and tram with just one change.The room was a decent size, clean and had the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. The lift goes down to the basement breakfast room, unlike some hotels in the city.Breakfast had a reasonable variety, there seemed a particularly good selection of dried fruit which suited me.The staff were friendly and helpful: I emailed reception on the night of arrival to say I had been delayed by at least two hours, and got a prompt response which was very reassuring.

Some people will not like that the separate ensuite toilet did not have a handbasin adjacent.The minibar fridge was slightly noisy during the night, although otherwise the room was extremely quiet.There was not a very wide hot selection at breakfast, but this is not especially unusual. The breakfast room was perhaps a touch dull, but perfectly adequate.

The customer service from the kitchen staff and reception staff Olga was very helpful

The shower faucet was a little broken, but functional. Lady from the kitchen was a little bit annoying, becouse she was bothering us to be more hurry with our breakfast.

The accommodation is excellent! The room is spacious and beautiful, with a separate bathroom and toilet. There is a minibar, a kettle, and instant coffee in the room, and the heating works great. Housekeeping came every day, and the reception staff were extremely kind and available 24/7. The location is perfect – everything is close by. The breakfast is amazing and offers a wide variety of options. A warm recommendation – I would gladly return again.

This was a repeat visit for me; I always enjoy returning. The rooms are simple, yet comfortable. The bathrooms are quite small, with a combination tub/shower which may be awkward for the elderly. This location in Prague is reasonably quiet and removed from the tourist ruckus. It’s right around the corner from the tram stop; the trams will take you anywhere you need to go within minutes. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The bathrooms could use some updating - the tub/shower combination is a bit awkward. Yet when I stayed here with an elderly friend she was thrilled to have a tub, so to each his own!

The hotel has a very good location, is clean and comfortable, and quite quiet.

The most wonderful people! I highly recommend this place. Even though the hotel isn’t the newest in terms of design or furniture, we felt absolutely amazing. The most important thing is dealing with kind people — and with them, everything gets sorted out in no time. Public transport is just a few steps away, very close to all the main tourist attractions. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, and the staff even more so. We had an amazing stay — thank you!

Location, was happy to be close to Petřín Hill, and very close to Smíchov shopping center.Spatious and comfortable room, with teapot, fridge and a desk I could work on.Staff was very helpful to get an item I forgot in the room with suggesting a transporter and nicely packing it.

Light in the room is not very strong to make it cosy and restful, but sometimes I still like to be able having strong light.

The reception staff was excellent, they responded very quickly to all my questions and requests. I liked the breakfast, although it was monotonous. The room was clean and quiet. Nice location.

1) When i was booking room, i saw a room with 2 beds which were staying together and i was sure that i was booking this kind of room, because it's very incomfortable for me to sleep on smal bed. But when i came to the hotel, i found in my room 2 beds seperately. It was frustraiting for me.2) During 2 first nights the heating didn't work and also because of a window isn't good isolate it was very cold even under 2 blankets. I asked staff and for the next nights they gave me a heater and it seemed to me that the radiator in the room was also on at night

Very good breakfast, but the coffee maker got broken in the breakfast room for the last 2 days of my stay. It wasn't fixed. Location is in a walking distance from the Old Praha. The first day when I was leaving, the receptionist gave me an umbrella saying it was raining. It was nice for her to do so.

One day when I got back in my room tired, I found out that the light card was missing. When I called the reception, a lady asked ME to come down to get the card! A minute later I called her back and asked to bring it up to me.

The accomodation has work going on outside the building (i wasnt informed of this when booking or even at check inn). I had an attic room and was woke every morning of the stay before 8am by workman climbing onto the roof making huge amounts of noise. Also had to keep the room blinds down due to workmen appearing at the window..

There was no internet and due to several times complaints nobody cared. It was the most unacceptable thing in the hotel since nowadays you need the WiFi connection more than anything.

Breakfast needs to be improve (options fresh cake and fruits), no air conditioning in the room.
