The location is great, quite place, welcoming staff, helpful, clean rooms , I really recommend it for my friends and family

Nothing to mention

Every thing was great, the location , the staff, the breakfast , the rooms

Nothing to mention

Nothing to complain about really. Just a relaxing experience. Receptionists were amazing, helpful and suggestive. True 5 star hotel.Breakfast is good and high-quality. Rooms are nice. You can walk outside during the night and feel an amazingly peaceful Prague for yourself.

The service was amazing, the staff was friendly and the room was very spacious and the temperature was great.

The Spa is very good and the massage I had was very good too

I felt that the lobby was minimalist so the bar and the restaurant… I don’t understand why the reception was not on the high ceiling part of the building…

the staff is axcellent. the room was big but limited view.

the location is inferior to the old city. the building is not impressive. very limited facilities.

The concierge team were exemplary! They left no stones unturned to deliver on all our requests. They even managed to get us box tickets to the Prague State Opera on Christmas Day performance which was sold out.

The breakfast could be much better quality to reflect that of ‘luxury’ end stay. Limited toiletries - given how cold it was bath salts appreciated - all bottles were fixed to the wall like a 3 star.

Great location, first rate rooms and facilities, exceptional staff.

Great location, spacious rooms, very helpful staff

Terrible attitude and unprofessional behaviour of receptionist at time of check in, botch ups with room assigned, old dilapidated property and badly designed room and bathroom, unimpressive lobby and facilities

this place was amazing with.lots of history.. Perfect location away from the noise of downtown, however 15 minutes or less to the Saint Charles Bridge. The staff was fantastic, made me feel at home. Valet parking and anything else needed they were all there to help. Vitality Hottub was the best and I was even able to use the massage table to further relax my partner.. Breakfast was delicious also.. Definitely felt cared for at this hotel.

Very good breakfast Nice and helpful staff

Rooms are not exactly up to MA standard in my opinion but still very nice.

The staff was very professional and helpful. Excellent location that allowed you to walk to many attractions. However, the hotel was not in a noisy or very busy street. My daughter had a spa treatment and said it was excellent.

No issues.

We recently stayed at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Prague and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the quality of service was outstanding

However, during our stay we were disappointed with the dining options. The hotel only has one restaurant, which did not meet our expectations. The food quality was lacking, and there were limited choices. Additionally, there's no café on-site. We believe that for a hotel of this standard, offering high-quality specialty coffee and sweets would greatly enhance the guest experience. We hope they consider expanding their dining options to better meet guest expectations.

Location, garage, excellent food, nice staff

Bar closes too early, overpriced

It’s location and the staff was very warm

Little overpriced

Great staff, super friendly and just a very cool and classy hotel. Fantastic facilities and loads of nice touches, from putting water in our car when we left to beers in our room to constant polite and helpful staff...certainly make you feel special.

I suppose you pay for what you get...and all the above comes at a cost but its worth it.

Staff all incredibly friendly and helpful. Very central location and hotel facilities super comfortable.
