We spent a long time choosing a hotel in Prague and very pleased we choose the Andaz. Great location, friendly staff, good bar, lovely rooms and a relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself is new, nice, modern and clean.

The spa was not fully functional, and we were not informed about that upon booking. They had no massages, and they would send you to the hotel next door, which was fully booked for days to come. No further assistance was provided. When it comes to comfort, the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Finally, we did not like the lack of support from employees. There were always a bunch of different people at reception who talked and looked a monitor, but nothing such as information about the city and/or places of interest were provided. New Year’s Eve party was boring, and the 6 - course menu took more than 3 hours. We were bored out of our minds. In conclusion, we definitely expected more out of this hotel and experience. For us, the money paid for this stay did not match the quality expected.

The only comment i have is the heating system controls. Sometimes it would get a bit more hot than it should but overall everything is excellent.

The spa didn’t work which was not explained to us when booking. We booked the property because it had a spa so this was a great let down. Breakfast was also very basic. We stayed for 5 days and they never managed to get the coffee right.

Staff, reception staff don’t really care about guest. With exception on one lady, the reception staff was not providing basic level of service

I truly loved my stay at Andaz Prague. The design of the hotel is stunning, elegant, and full of character. The room was extremely comfortable, the atmosphere felt warm and luxurious, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. The location is perfect and made it easy to enjoy the beauty of Prague. Overall, I felt very relaxed and happy during my stay.

Honestly, there was nothing major that I didn’t like. Everything was well taken care of and the experience was very positive.

The main restaurant was trying too hard with innovative ‘fusion’ cuisine. It was good quality but only had one meal there. Obviously others found it fine.

Absolutely wonderful. Very high end modern design. Delightfully kind staff, always smiling and helpful. Rooms are very special, beautiful, and clean. Location very close to train station and a few minutes walk from town center.

The only minor issue was slow service at the bar. But the bar itself was beautiful and the staff kind (even if a bit slow) and many times better than any other hotel.

No USB port by my bed, meaning I had to mess around to find a travel adapter, I expected a new hotel to have this as standard.

Very delicious cousine/ breakfast & lunch. Very good (privat) hotel parking in front of the hotel. Very friendly and helpful personel. Very good hotel position/ location in the city = close to city centre etc. Very, really very nice hotel infra (furniture, all inside space/ area).

Very noisy place = very noisy rooms (if you need to breathe fresh air) if you need to keep window opened in night. We have changed our room for next room opposite side if the building and the noise was the same high. Value for Money low as the price (roughly €500) per night (2 person) very high and the hotel standard & infrastructure on just high level. Not well managed parking place as complicated to enter and leave the parking (no person there, you have to go to reception etc).
