Hermitage Hotel Prague

Breakfast was standart (not bad or not so great)They could have more options for vegansRoom was big and spacious and had a terrace which is a good point. Bathroom was spacious as well bathtub and another shower. Bed was comfortable and big. I slept well. Location wise, it's a little further from old town Prague but not far easily can take a tram or taxi (because it's a little distance with old town you get that quietness and can rest well in the nights). Cleaning wise, overall the room was clean.

There was only one incident I could complain and that was there was a spider in the bathroom which I removed myself immediately. Hotel should have do better about that but it was not a deal-breaker for us (it can be a deal-breaker for some people)

The hotel is located slightly outside the city center, but still at a reasonable and convenient distance from the main attractions. The paid parking is very convenient. The bar staff were excellent and friendly, and the housekeeping staff member was kind and helpful.

The furniture in the room is very minimal – the wardrobe is small. The bed and pillows are not comfortable at all. The shower has issues: the shower head sprays water everywhere and there is no proper drainage, so we had to dry the water using towels. Toothpaste was not provided, and the carpet was not vacuumed.Breakfast has a limited selection, there is a line for the toaster, and there is no omelet or basic hot food option.

Amazing place, very clean and comfortable room, attendance for all staff was amazing, the location is perfect close of all the good places and the train station is near.

Reception people were very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious.

The location was not the best. It was safe but very far from the center. But it is very close to the tram, hence did not mind that much

Pretty hotel, quiet location away from the crowds, but still close to everything

I had an amazing stay at the Hotel, it completely exceeded my expectations. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The Hotel is modern and quiet. The room was a great size and it was clean, with all the necessary amenities. Bathroom was also great. I felt super safe the entire time. There are two tram stops close to the hotel that can get you to the city center in under 15 minutes. There's a tesco express right next to the hotel. The area itself is quieter, but safe.

Nothing. Will definitely be staying here again if I ever return to Prague.

Basic rooms for high cost. I got a nice upgrade but normal room is basic.

We booked 3 rooms as we were visiting Prague with family. The rooms were a very good size with floor to ceiling windows. Beds were very comfortable. Staff on Reception were friendly and helpful. Great food choices at breakfast.Pleasant half hour walk to the Old Town Square - also a short walk to the nearest tram station.

We had no issues with our rooms.

Large room. Quiet. Terrace.

Stained carpeting in our room. Looked like there was a flood and carpet was never replaced. The use of some kind of aerosol diffuser in the common hallway on the 5th floor - the perfume-like smell was over-powering. Also - the lighting in the hotel overall was really dark and not very fresh.

I had booked a balcony room a d requested a view. When I later changed the booking to add breakfast, the request was lost. When we arrived, they assigned us a balcony room - but no view. They were fully booked that night, but the staff basically said they would find a way to take care of it the next morning. The next day, the front desk assigned us another room - with a view this time, cleaned it immediately and met us at the room with keys, so we didn't have to hassle with checking out and checking back in. They made things easy with excellent service. Our room was lovely, we sat out on the balcony and enjoyed coffee. The breakfast buffets have a huge variety with plenty of Czech salads and breads. The location is fantastic - near the river, pretty walk along the river into old town, 1 block walk to two different tram stops to go anywhere in the city. All in all, it was a wonderful stay.

Staff is friendly. Breakfast is really outstanding. Location is good. 5 min walking to trains and trams. Great coffee shops, markets and restaurants very near. You can also walk to oldtown in 25 minutes.

Gym has limited equipments but still good to use it.
