Everything was prepared for when we arrived. The location was central and the room was spacious

The lack of human presence in staff. Early check-out time, 10AM? We were not aware of this because I didn’t bother to read but it is not usual for hotels and airbnbs to have this check-out time so you can imagine the panic when we came from breakfast and was unable to get in the bldg. The security posted on the other side of the building slept under the table and was no help at all. The cleaner waved us away also..disrespectfully at that. The customer service via call took 30 mins for them to answer me! As much as I loved the place, that experience was harrowing and my parents had heart problems so it triggered their high blood pressure. Just never again.

The location was amazing ! Easy to access everything by foot. The room we had was big and relatively clean (except the carpet) the check was also easy and the code was provided on time

Although we understood this was a property with no reception on site, our reservation stated that reception support was available and located only an 8 minute walk away.We wanted to request a late check out, so we called the day before. The receptionist told us to call again the next morning as she couldn’t confirm it yet. The next morning we called several times, but no one answered. We then walked to reception, where we were told check-out could be extended until 12:00, and that any further extension would require an extra charge (which we didn’t take, as we only needed a place to store our luggage).However, when we returned to the property, our access had already been blocked and we had to wait for the cleaning staff to let us in so we could collect our belongings. This situation made us feel as though we were being pushed out, and overall the communication was unclear and disappointing.On top of that, no one even informed us that we could leave our luggage free of charge near the property — we had to figure this out ourselves, which added unnecessary stress.

Everything was great, I like to prep my own meals so the kitchen wasn't as functional as I would have liked. Even a small table for the microwave would have freed up some counter space.

Everything. You don’t need a physical key so they just email you the code to your room. Very modern. The apartment very cozy and spacious, very very central to the town and Old town.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Thank you for a great experience.

Location was perfect! Close to everything in the city center. The apartment was large and well-appointed. Everything was perfect except two issues in the bathroom.

The shower head does not stay in place, so you must hold it, and the bathtub plug is missing. We notified the property on our first day but never got a response.

This is our second time staying at this property. The company is great with check-ins and communication. The hotel is in the heart of everything - best location ever!

The room didn't look as on the pictures, it was definitely more outdated. As it was our Xmas vacation, we would spend a little more on a nicer room if we knew. But otherwise it's functional and spacious.

Location was PERFECT. Could see the spires of churches from our window, could hear the bells. There’s also a little cafe and gift shops at the entrance.

We had 4 guests so we had to utilize the pull out couch bed and it was SOOOOOOO squeaky. Move an inch, wake the entire city of Prague.

Great location in town center. Everything is within a short walk

We stayed in Attic apartment. It was cozy. Downside was storage in bathroom area. Sink took up a lot of space, no room for common toiletries like toothbrush, face wash, etc.

Everything was perfect !Close to everything - large gorgeous room, comfortable bed, clean and quiet even though it was close to all the restaurants and shops

Perfect location.

The room wasn't clean. The carpet was filled with stains. There was no tea or coffee in the room, so we bought some outside.

The location and the actual rental were good, although the bathroom layout is odd (toilet and sink were in one room, while the shower and sink were in the bedroom area).

Communication gets two thumbs down. We filled out everything correctly ahead of time, but did not receive our access code 24 hours before our reservation (or at all). I pointed this out to them THREE TIMES using multiple communication methods and received no response. We had to trek to the reception counter at another hotel, dodging crowds, a marching band parade, and rowdy football fans to get our access code (and were told we’d filled out everything already and the guy didn’t know why we hadn’t received the code by email). To make matters worse, the code he gave us didn’t wind up working and it took multiple international phone calls to get someone to answer and get us a working code.Also, we figured it out on our own, but neither of the conflicting instructions for accessing the WiFi were correct.

Early check-in or luggage storage was not available. And unfortunately later on we found out that there is a luggage storage office inside. Otherwise it was a great place cozy and comfortable and clean :)

Perfect location, good view!

Dirty (stained) floor carpet in the room dirty floor carpet on the coridor. Kitchen utilities a bit lacking.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

There was a small spider web in the bedroom that needs to be cleaned. Also, it would be nice if photos of each room were shown separately on the booking page.

We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment we got. It was luxurious spacious well equipped and exceptionally clean. Most of all super comfortable. Seemless check in and check out , well organized and modern interior. And perfect location. We were in a 5 star hotel before we checked in to Golden angel . Compared to the 5 star hotel , Golden Angel suites was far more luxurious and price was way cheaper than the hotel we were in before. Value for money. Absolutely worth it.

Nothing to dislike.

We had a spacious studio with a Romeo & Juliet balcony with a nice view. The room was well appointed and comfortable The location was great.

Carpets in the room and the halls were dirty. Don't go barefoot. A maid walked into our room without knocking..5th floor room with ceiling so low it was hard to get in bed. Soap dispenser in the bathroom as well as part of the shower assembly fell off the wall.
