The location at wery helpful staff good rooms and good service and breakfast but I miss bacon 😊

The toilet was so small and the elevator was small and the room too the back site there came a lot of food smell in when the windows was open and we needed the windows open coz it was wery hot in the room good the was a fan too get some airflow

I thought that the gym would be in the hotel rather than providing access to a public gym- very close to the hotel but quite busy as its open to the public.

My stay was great, the location was excellent for my needs. The staff were friendly and accomodating.

My room was a little too hot but I could adjust the thermostat a bit.

Location was right outside the train station which is great, and also very close to tram stations! They also gave me the tourist card which came with nice free activities like the river cruise which I really enjoyed!

The pictures of the room on the website greatly differed from the actual room, mainly due to the lighting. The photos captured made the place look very grand and bright, but upon arrival, the room was gloomy and dark. The toilet was very different from the toilet in the photos, which was a surprise as well. But overall the place is very clean and it is really good value for money. There is also a short flight of stairs to climb to get to the lift, which will be a problem for wheelchair users.

Parking was free of charge with a reservation in advance. Unprecedented cost-effectiveness. Just book here when you visit Praha.

The place, although old, was very clean. The staff were extremely helpful, one in particular Venjamin, not the correct spelling, but he went above and beyond to help me. Great location. Close to trams and railway. It was freezing, buty room was toasty warm. Breakfast was really good as well. Good selection.

Cigarette odour in the bathroom, despite this being a non-smoking room.Rather old style apartment like from 1970s.No smart TV.

Great location, rooms were spacious, tidy, neat, and very generous. Breakfast was an impressive buffet of salads, meats, breads, cakes, cereals, everything you could imagine. The staff were very helpful and polite. Shower pressure was great, water was hot, TV worked, heating and windows worked. All perfect

Great location right next to subway station. Lots of shops and restaurants within 5 minute walking distance. Very clean, great breakfasts, very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Clean, and the room was cleaned everyday unless requested otherwise. Very comfortable in general and well located.

The bathroom in general had some flaws.-The shower was not that comfortable, and it was easy to make everything wet around it. On top of it, the holder of the shower head ended up loosening due to the water pressure through the shower tube and did not work anymore.-The toilet was a bit too close to the wall in front so I was not fitting that well when sitting (I am only 6feet tall). And the flush mechanism sometimes had some internal leak and you could hear the water flowing non-stop.

Location is good. Very good service. I really liked a breakfast. Front desk is really helpfull. Breakfast is perfect. Everything was incredibly good.

Location was good for purpose, and near by sports bar Costa, and Supermarkets.Place was good location and quiet most of the time. I would say regarding satisfaction of our stay, room was of acceptable size, but scored down due to bedding not changed daily.

Bed sheets and pillow covers not changed daily, No sink or bath plug, had to request, tv remote was missing on arrival.
