Friendly staff, informative. Clean room, quite spacious, and good kits inside. Fair location, reachable by bus, tram.

Everything was perfect so we didn't need to worry about too much. Parking for free, bus station in front of the hotel, good breakfast and of course, very warm and helpful staff. If this hotel is not 10/10, then I don't know which one is. Greetings

Breakfast was very delicious. Staff was friendly and really helpful. Parking was easy, and free. I hope we are going to come back here.

The room was clean and cozy and the staff was really kind and welcoming. We also had everything we needed. Overall, we had an excellent stay.

The shower door didn’t close and there was water pouring on the floor but since we staying one night, it didn’t really bother us that much.

We had a truly wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, the room was perfectly clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of fresh options. Even though there was a big football match that day, the atmosphere around the hotel was lively and positive, and we had no trouble parking later on. Our son especially enjoyed the stay — everything felt warm, safe, and top-level.

There was nothing we didn’t like. Because of the football match, the hotel parking was temporarily closed, but we easily parked on the street and later reparked. This was not an issue for us.

The convenience and cleanliness and location.

The reception staff were very helpful and provided plenty of information about the area and transport for getting into the centre. The rooms were lovely, clean and the beds were so comfy, we all had a great sleep while we were there. The trams were the best way to travel around, from Iris Eden they took about 15-20 minutes and the stop was a 3 minute walk from the hotel.

We didn't find anything we didn't like.

location is very good, trams are near you, you can get to the center of the city so easily and you have a free car parking, it was the best choice for me.

Breakfast is okay, but it's the same every day.By 10 o’clock they no longer replenish the food.The economy room is small but has a comfortable bed.We used Uber to get to the city center — 10–15 minutes.

The walls between the rooms are very thin, so you can clearly hear conversations from next door, and noises from the corridor also come through.Breakfast is plentiful, but items that run out are refilled quite slowly.

Very good hotel. Excellent modern rooms, good breakfast, and parking is available. There are plenty of public transport

Rooms are enough big, wardrobe is enough, shower/water was clean, coffee available in rooms, table and a couch extra.

Gym was not in the hotel, it's in Shopping Center close by.

With the hotel there is nothing wrong, just like an average 3-4* hotel, but the staff and their mentality is terrible!

I booked 2 separate nights where it was advertised all taxes and charges included. Upon arrival we were charged 12 euros city tax for the first night, i found strange as we were only 2 adults +our kids and it should have been included, but i paid it. When checking in for our second night they charged me much less and in CZK, so i asked why is the difference. Instead of apologizing and refunding the overcharge, than they changed the amount again to 12 euros. when i asked for detailed explanation how much city tax is and why do i have to pay at all as on booking it states it is included in the price, than they said they will talk to the manager who will contact me and refund the money...it never happened.Is not about the money-if i pay over 200 euros for a night, 12 euros doesnt make big difference- is the principle in general, the overcharge and than instead of apologizing and refunding, they try to cheat me again. Cherry on the top, also upon arrival we found out that they rented out their parking -room was advertised with free private parking included in price- as there was a football match so we had to park at the mall about 200m and pay for parking.
