- The hotel exceeded all my expectations, especially the staff - all the people were supportive, friendly and professional.
- A great location for exploring Prague. Our room was very quiet even though the hotel is on a busy street, we were on the 3rd floor facing into the block. Very nice breakfast with great coffee. Pleasant staff.¨Nice clean room, very comfortable bed.

Cons -
- We were there in winter, and at night the cold air kept turning on automatically in the air conditioner. We woke up all night, turning it off and then it would start again endlessly. I told the staff twice to come and fix it, but no one bothered. When I returned from the trip, I had a fever of 38°C. It was a terrible experience, and there was no choice even for breakfast, so we couldn’t eat properly.
- Tiny room and very tiny bathroom. It was hard to take a shower and move around the room itself.
- cold coming from the door..

The room was very cozy, really comfortable beds, spacious as well while everything was very clean. Room service came regularly without asking. Breakfast was excepctional as well, also we were very impressed with the variety of food. If we are going to visit again definitely our first choice of stay.
Very good breakfast. Great location in the city. Good mattress.
Tiny room and very tiny bathroom. It was hard to take a shower and move around the room itself.
Very clean, the bed was pretty comfortable and the breakfast was great
Breakfast , location , the sfaff everythings was perfect
cold coming from the door..
Good
Heating broke in our room and was not fixed. It got really cold
The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent. The staff were nice and friendly specially the lady at breakfast who always greeted us with a smile. They even managed to have a breakfast box prepared for us on such a short notice when we were leaving.
Nice hotel, very kind staff, they let us very early check-in. Comfy bed, good breakfast. Good location, metro station 5 min walk,
This is a lovely base for your time in Prague! The hotel is located in a quieter street, away from the hustle and bustle of the main areas, but within walking distance of the old town and National Museum. The glass vista and reception of the hotel is bright and inviting. Our room was HUGE, considering I’d only booked the one with the lowest fee - it came as such a surprise. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and we really looked forward to it, every morning! The options were plentiful and tasty. The staff were friendly and polite.
We felt the security was an issue at the hotel. We would often return late, to find the front door of the hotel, unlocked (despite appearing to need a key card). There isn’t a key card required to get through corridors either, so seemingly, anybody from the street could come in. I would strongly advise to anyone staying to be careful to ensure your room door is completely closed when you leave, as the doors are light and don’t always close properly by themselves.
Stable wifi connection
There was an elevator, but you still had to take the stairs to get to it.The parking lot entrance is really narrow, so it might be tricky with a big car.

Clean hotel, but serious safety and evacuation concernsThe hotel was generally clean and acceptable in terms of basic comfort. However, I was very concerned about the lack of visible fire and emergency safety measures, which is a serious issue for a hotel. There were no clearly visible or illuminated emergency exit signs, no glow-in-the-dark escape signage, and no emergency lighting in the corridors. Fire extinguishers were not clearly visible or easy to locate, and there was no clear indication of which floor I was on. In an emergency situation, this lack of orientation and guidance would make evacuation very difficult for guests in though situationsIn addition, the hotel is located above an active Škoda car dealership, and the route between the lobby and the breakfast area passes through or alongside an active vehicle roadway. This mixed-use building layout increases risk, particularly during an evacuation, as guests may be required to move through areas with vehicle traffic. When combined with the absence of clear emergency signage and lighting, this creates significant safety concerns. While cleanliness was satisfactory, fire safety and safe evacuation routes are fundamental requirements for guest accommodation. I strongly recommend that the hotel management improves emergency signage, lighting, visibility of fire safety equipment, and evacuation guidance to meet basic safety expectations.

Pricing was good
The shower doesn’t have a shelf to put shampoo or body wash. There is no refrigerator or safe in the room. The shower door didn’t close all the way so the floor was soaked.
The room was very nice and clean. The bed was a little bit too soft, but it's personal preference. The breakfast was amazing, and very lavish. The staff continuously filled up everything, even close to the end of the breakfast time. The check-in, check out was fast, and everybody was nice to us. Thank you so much!
The breakfast was wonderful. Lots of options (eggs, cereals, cakes, cold cuts, fruit, GF options, yogurt, etc. Impressive breakfast presentation. The location was surprisingly excellent. Just a 5 min walk to IP Pavlova metro station, a 3 min walk to the streetcar tram, and then short rides into Old Town. On the map, this hotel looks out of the way, but it's closer than it appears while being far enough from the touristy areas.I stayed with a group of 25 college students on a study abroad trip and the hotel is more than big enough to accommodate us all while still feeling smallish and personal.
The hotel is split into two buildings connected across a covered driveway, which is a little odd at first, but you get used to it. The climate control in the rooms isn't the most effective, but windows open and the temps in Prague are cool enough in summer. I wish it had laundry machines onsite.
Good location near I.P Pavlova metro station, helpful staff
It’s not a 4* hotel. No air conditioning, when you open the door it bumps into the bathroom door, loud neighbors in the hall, basic breakfast but you have to go outside to get into the restaurant (problematic for visitors with kids), no drinking water in the room, “do not disturb” sign doesn’t work even if you place it on the door handle, bathroom is not heated and it may be quite cold when you get out of the shower.
Nice hotel, good breakfast, affordable price, great location
No light in the shower cabin.
Location, room, breakfast and stuff.
Everything was good.
