Heating could have been better

Great location,everything is walking distance, apartment is big and clean very well equipped.Would definitely stay there again

Communications with agency was poor , has to send few messages never got reply , strong smell of weed in hallways and party next door to us so kids didn’t feel comfortable with that noise and it was late . I did send a message never got reply

The location the apartment the cleanliness everything was amazing

2 families with our children and luggage had ti wait on the stairs at the entrance coz we arrived 1 hour before check in

Great central location and very specious rooms.Very clean and well equipped.

Our flight arrived very early in the morning. Unfortunately they did not have a storage place. So we had to find a storage for our luggage for 6 plus hours. The exact location of the building is a little difficult to find. Wish they stated that its right next to half price, as it took us about an hour to find, and it wasn’t easy doing so with 3 kids.

The staff lady opened the room door at 10:00 am wanting us to check out while we were finishing the packing. It’s impolite to open like this without knocking or taking permission

I booked the apartment with terrace but give me on the back side and tried to contact no one reply me

The location was just perfect for us.Loved the super fast communication with the property managers

Pillows were not comfortable.The apartment is missing a main mirror Cleanliness could be improved, found some rubbish under the sofa bed

The location and the view were perfect , the suite was very clean calm and near all facilities.

Everything is good and the team are very polite and responsive

The location is right in front of one Christmas markets and surround but lots of shops.

If you have a car, parking is a bit inconvenient because you have to walk with your luggage from the parking lot/street to the pedastrian area where the front door is.

the location was exceptional, close to stores and restaurants. Very clean, the view from the balcony is wonderful, you won't regret to stayat this location,. I took beautiful pictures from the balcony of the property.

My advise to be more detail description to find the address, as the area has many buildings and Stores it wasconfussing to find it. Beside this everything went as we expected. Nice Place to Stay in Praga

The location is great right in the center of Prague. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was very clean.

But, the kitchen was not well equipped. Missing items: sharp knife, an oven tray, vegetable peeler, and more. In addition, there was no smart TV, and when we asked about it via booking and direct email, no one responded.

Beautiful quiet apartment which was perfectly appointed right in the center of Prague. It was a perfect stay for me and my family. They even provided a nice crib for our 1 yr old.

Only one drawback - as coffee drinkers and with cafes only opening as early as 9AM we were hoping to use the coffee machine but found there were no pods so had to find some in the local Alberts supermarket. As well, the coffee maker leaked water badly. Small thing in an otherwise fantastic stay.

First of all, its my first time in Prague, apartment was good, but i have a difficulty to reach to exact location, host is not answering on calls, if you have a car, you will be able to reach by car and you need to park far from your apartment location and walk a long distance, good things, apartment in downtown and near by to Arabic restaurant name Yafa,

Host is not answering calls, no car parking near to apartment building.

This property had such a great location right in the centre of Prague! The terrace was lovely to look down at the square. Accommodations were clean, comfortable and very spacious.

The property is gorgeous and had tons of space. It had a full refrigerator and freezer, kettle with tea bags, dishwasher and espresso machine (but no coffee supplies).

The bathroom sink leaked water all over the floor even though we didn’t use it much. It would have been very helpful to have someone respond to my emails right away with questions so had but the delay of response was several days.

Location, balcony, and big space. In general all was very nice and clean.

It required some fixes , and the closet was broken in the kitchen In our friends apartment shower was leaking. Not really affect us - looks apartment need some makeover ...

Excelent location.Nearby with all public transportation.A/C.Easy to find, and enter, clear instructions.Clean, cosy, and well equipped.
