OREA Place Seno

We stayed for 3 nights. Location was good. Very spacious and felt pretty clean. I liked that there was a kitchen and washing machine available. No sound from the street as it wasn't a busy street. Well sound proofed between rooms. The staff were super efficient and friendly. I liked that you can use whatsapp if you have any questions or need extra towels and water. The bed was also pretty big and 2 tables available for you to use.

The aircon sound was pretty loud. Every hour or so it would make a ticking noise which can make it difficult to sleep. TV doesn't connect to your device

The hotel restaurant in the evening, they try to do some Japanese and something fusion.. It didn't work for me, the chef got offended and defencive when I told him that.

Convenient location, excellent facility and clean room

1. Good location: close to all famous sites. 10-15 mins walk you will get where you want. There is a big supermarket in 200m2. Nice and well decorated cosy room. Rooms are big and spacious.3. Very good staff, very helpful.

The location is close to the old city and the shopping area. The hotel is new and modern.

There is a window above the bed that the curtain does not block the sunlight. There is a staircase in the room that is very scary to go down.

Having only limited time at this property after checking in at 12midnight and checking out at 6am the time I was there was ideal for what I needed. The room was massive and was a modern and clean apartment.

Parking was 30 euro so I opted for street parking and it was fine.

Best location in Prague! Closer literally to everything. Hotel is amazing, pretty clean, modern, great staff and the apartments so comfortable. I would repeat for sure!

Great location, on a quiet street. Close to trams and old town. Very nicely renovated with large rooms. Laundry for guests a nice touch. Receptionists v helpful, especially Melanie who booked a Bolt car for me when she couldn’t get a taxi for me to catch a train to my next destination. Sensa restaurant had great meals.

The first night the air-con didn’t work well and I was given another room for the rest of my stair. Foyer space is tight.

Location, Facilities

Stupid staffBe prepared that on the day of departure, at exactly 11 am, the girl from the reception will be ringing your doorbell non-stop, as if a war had started or the police had come. When you ask that I agreed about a check out at 12, she will tell you that nobody told her about your agreement

The reception was amazing , I wish I can remeber her name but she visited Florida in Homestead. She was super helpful and very friendly and greeted us with a smile and best service I had since traveling through two other countries! Hands down the best employee there

The apartment was very spacious and wonderfully decorated, we didn't miss anything in the apartment + very delicious breakfast

The location was great. The room size was great.The breakfast was great.The staff were excellent and helpful.

The TV lacks connectivity, it would be nice to connect it with an external HDMI cable.The kitchen was missing oil and some basic cooking ingredients.

This is the place to stay in Prague located at the better spot at walkable distance to all the main attractions. The appartments are very big and comfortable, super clean with very fine decoration and furnishing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The highlight is the delicious breakfast and the restaurant at the ground flour. Definitely suggested.
