Close to public transport and staff are really helpful.

The room size was way too small. The fridge was empty and not even water. For 2 people there was only 2 coffee sachet which is pointless. Also whenever we put the cleaning request in, the bedsheets were reused and not changed. Coffee cups left as it is.

when we arrived there was no electricity in whole hotel, I asked for two separate beds but we had one bed with one duvet, bathroom is strange with zero privacy

In the middle of the night, a very loud alarm started blasting out of some speakers in the room. We all had to take our clothes and go outside. Then they told us it was a false alarm, because somebody smoke a cigarette in the room. Really? You wake up the whole hotel because somebody smokes a cigarette? Terrible experience. Of course it's good that nothing bad happened and it was just false alarm, but they should set it up differently, not blast a loud voice out of speakers in the middle of the night!

The Hotel is nice and modern

Breakfast times are generally to 10:00 and only on Sunday to 10:30, which is good for a Business hotel, but for people staying for holiday 10:30 every day would be better.At check-in was charged without question in CZK, even if Booking was explicit in EUR, which means someone earns on exchange rate ;-)

Only 35m2 rooms and above are decent enough to stay in. There is no complementary bottle after arrival tho. The breakfasts are fine. But you will be searching for coffee shop on third day of your stay.

You will splash yourself with cold water in shower, I can guarantee that.

Not many places to get food in the immediate facility. Food closes at 10 P.M.

Breakfast is plentiful and varied.Room well equipped modern.

It has an underground garage, outdoor parking, none of it is crowded, it's not a citycenter hotel, so I don't understand why you have to pay 20€/day. But it's not even guarded.The staff's English communication and kindness are not adequate.

Internet facility was good Buffet dinner was good value and breakfast was good

Problem with toilet light that did not switch off and stayed on all night being Sunday night no one to repair it

Noisy big group located on our floor, them overall and especially their doors closing laudly during the night. This was pity…

Exceptional

Due to the low season and few bookings for evening meals, the option for dinner on Wednesday and Thursday was from the hotel's lunch menu with limited choices. I was somewhat disappointed...

The staff is generally friendly.

The entire room, including the couch and especially the bedding, was noticeably dirty. There wasn’t a single shelf or surface available to store clothes, so you end up with open suitcases on the floor. The toilet and shower were enclosed in glass cubicles, offering little privacy and being uncomfortably small to use.High wind outside penetrated windows and made the room very cold.
