It was clean. I got a small cozy room for three nights. Toilet was solid clean and functional.

Super friendly staff, clean and comfortable room a few minutes walk from tram line

I travel to Prague every month, and AIDA is my reference point. Location is perfect, rooms are comfortable and clean.

I loved the breakfast buffet - and especially appreciated finding Tabasco sauce among the various available condiments! My bed was super comfy and the room was cozy and well designed. I was also thoroughly charmed by the receptionist when I arrived - he comp’d me a mini bottle of prosecco when he noticed that it was my birthday!

The staff were friendly, and the location was excellent. It was easy to get into the centre. Also, the breakfast was varied and nice.

Breakfast was great! all the staff were friendly and helpful.

I wish you had a fitness center for longer stays. Or, maybe rent bikes that i could use on the path along the river.

The breakfast is not the same at least warm food everyday. That's great! Coffee was below average for hotel breakfast, but rest of the food was good!

Clean and quieti

Great value for the price. Nice, new, comfortable, and clean facilities. Good breakfast. Very nice location, although a bit outside of the center.

The food smell got into the room in the morning. There was some noise and mess from an ongoing renovation.

It was clean, good location, boy in the reception was very helpful. Mini bar was full of drinks.

The parking was extremely small. It was very hard to get out.

Kind personnel, clean rooms. Far from city traffic.

Very nice staff, they were helpful and engaged. Breakfast was very good and lot of choices there.

The room was right next to elevator and it was kind of noisy. For a family room it was quite small. The window was not able to be fully closed, so there was a bit noise from the street, however the locality is very calm and without a noisy night life so it was not a big deal.

the walk to the tram and the metro is a bit longer than i would like

Newly renovated, friendly staff, great breakfast, quiet, short walk to a metro station.

Would be nice if there was a restaurant and a bar.

Nice location and kind staff, especially a reception called Vladimir, who welcomed me so kindly. The room was designed modern with a good view to the city. Good location and access to the city centre with just one tram near the hotel.

The only week point is that the room was not sound prouf and I heard any body speek in the corridor in the early morning.

A wonderful hotel. Clean and cozy room, comfortable bed, tea accessories in the room, good WiFi. Delicious breakfasts, varied menu. Convenient location, 2-3 minutes walk to the tram stop, 5-7 minutes to the metro. There is paid parking. Nice and attentive staff at the reception.

Not enough sockets in the room

The breakfast was very good. Big selection of food. Nice staff.

The location of my room was not good. The place near the staff room and breakfast area was too noisy and thus the comfort in the morning was very bad.
