Pros +
- Location and heating were good.
- The location is excellent, and the breakfast was quite decent. The room was generally clean and comfortable. Overall, it’s a good option for a short stay of two to three nights, but not ideal for longer visits.
- location is good, close to the city centre. Breakfast is acceptable, but coud not say tasty
Cons -
- The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. Unfortunately it was very difficult to have breakfast due to the number of guests and the limited space, with some disorganisation in the breakfast area.
- The pillows were worn out and not puffy enough, far too flat to feel like proper pillows, and very uncomfortable. I’m not sure what the issue was, but they definitely need replacing. If you have neighbours in nearby rooms and they aren’t quiet, you will hear everything, as there isn’t much soundproofing. I didn’t personally have an issue since the hotel wasn’t busy, but it’s something to keep in mind. The TV is not a smart TV, so there’s no YouTube or similar apps available. Also, the check-out time is quite early for a hotel (10:00 AM).
- During the booking process, we specifically selected a room with one double bed. However, upon arrival, we were told that such a room was not available at all and that they could not provide it. Instead, we were given a room with two single beds. The room itself was extremely small, with almost no space to move around comfortably.Cleanliness was also an issue. The room was not clean, and the bathroom was in the same condition. One of the chairs looked dirty and worn, which made it unpleasant to use. Overall, these issues significantly affected our stay, and our impression of the hotel was not very positive and did not meet our expectat

It was relatively inexpensive with breakfast included. for the price it was probably what one could expect. Hotel was located approximately 20 min walk from the center of the town.
Breakfast was nothing special, but it was there. Room was tiny, I could barely move around the bed. No toiletries were provided, built in hand soap dispenser. No fridge, hot water pot or microwave. To get the hot drink, I had to ask for hot water at the reception what seemed to be a favor. Neighborhood was under construction and by the busy street. Decor was dated, seems like the displays were relics from a different area. I think they could easily spruce it up to bring it more up to date. Including at least hot pots in rooms.
Nice location, clean rooms. breakfast is good more choices.
It was very nice to have complimentary breakfast. And it was quite nice to start the day.Location was perfect, 5 minutes walking to national museum and just next to I.P. Pavlova metro station. Also very close to a lot of tram stations
In general, the room was not very clean. The bathroom had a weird unpleasant smell.
Location
I thought that room will be bigger like on photos. But in real life for 2 people it's a small space very small space. For these money this service isn't good for me.
Very conveniently located - 20-30 minute walk from major tourist attractions and historic heart of the city (10-15 minute walk from the National Museum).Decent room overall, particularly considering the much lower price for this hotel compared to other options in the area. Good value for your money. Unsure what other complaints are about on Tripadvisor and other sites - we found our room to be clean and reasonably comfortable.Would happily go back on our next trip to Prague.
No Wi-Fi in the rooms, or any other place in the hotel besides the lobby. Some of the staff at the front desk were friendly and informative, others less so. Nobody was outright rude, but don't expect beyond the bare minimum of service here and you'll be fine. The bed mattresses for instance are about 5-6 inches high (quite thin). Reasonably comfortable, but not great.Nothing too egregious though.
Good basic rooms, having breakfast included was nice and saved hassle in the mornings. It’s a bit of a walk from the main sights but that means it’s less busy and more local people and attractions around. Close to a few smaller restaurants and the train station.
The location is very good, restaurants, cafes and shops nearby.I stayed in a triple room and the room was comfortable.Breakfast is very typical of the Czech Republic.
I have problems with the wfi and the staff told me that he couldn't do anything. So, No WIFI, during my stay in the hotel. The shower is very tidy, you could barely turn inside the shower. The shower stall seemed to be a bit loose.
Location is “kind of” okay but thats it
Hotel is expensive for its qualityYou pay in Czech money which I was not informed about They didn’t accept my visa card in Euros which works in all EuropeThere was a bald guy with blue eyes at the reception that lacked the simplest etiquette and was not very nice. Literally felt like I was about to be beaten.I don’t normally give bad ratings to hotels, even if I didn’t enjoy them but this one definitely earned its bad rating here.
proximity to Pavlova and Vaclav Square
The rooms don't have a refrigerator, kettle, or Wi-Fi. The floors are very old and creak and move terribly as you walk through them. The rooms don't match the ads on Booking.com. Breakfast is the same every day. You have to go down to reception to make tea or coffee.
Location
Uncomfortable room and rude behaviour of some staff
Location
Size, light, clean
Very good location .Bad very comfortable.Tip for guest use public parking near by is just 1,6 € per day use pid lipicka application
Great location
Small rooms, paid wifi, unfriendly staff
The Hotel's location was good.
In our messages, it was stated that a guide would help me with the parking. I explained that my English is not very good and that I would really appreciate any assistance. However, I did not like the attitude of the staff at the reception at all. Even though I showed our messages, they did not help me. The same staff member responded somewhat indifferently because of my limited English. Apart from this, we had no other problems with the hotel.
It's warm. No bad smells. Good location
Soap dispenser was broken. It's very early check out and late check in
Absolutely nothing. This should not even be called a hotel. Absolute disgrace of an establishment. I am disgusted that booking.com would allow this place on its platform. Not one good thing about it .
This hotel is DISGUSTING DISGUSTING DISGUSTING. The photos are FAKE and photoshopped. Every single receptionist was rude and unhelpful, and even admitted that the room photos are not accurate. I have never met such vile people in all my life and they should not be allowed to interact with the guests. The room itself is abominable. Filthy, stinking old carpets and a rock hard bed. The bath towels were torn, the shower head was broken, the soap dispenser did not work and the slanted roof was so low that my wife and I hit our heads on it frequently. Shitty duvet that was not warm enough. No blankets in room and when asked reception was told they don't have. No wifi in the room! The list goes on and on. The breakfast is shocking and offers 1 fresh fruit and stale bread - and there are very few tables so often there is nowhere to sit. Importantly, this hotel is noisy and is located near a police station so there are constant sirens. Cannot sleep. Please do not be scammed by this abomination of a hotel. I left after 1 night and was meant to stay for 4. I am so disappointed by booking.com and I urge you all to stay far away from this establishment!!! Not even worth half a star and certainly not worth $1 per night. Truly never witnessed anything so bad in all my life.
We really did not like the hotel’s service. The staff members gave very short and unhelpful answers to our questions. We only had Wi-Fi for one day, after that it stopped working, and when we asked them to fix the problem, they kept saying that it was not their fault. We tried connecting from several devices, but it did not work on any of them.Every day there were different people at the reception, and we informed all of them about the issue, but none of them said they would solve the problem. Overall, the service was very poor, and the staff were also inattentive.
