    Pros +

    • The eco friendliness, communal support, yoga option and just general wellness vibe of the hotel.
    • the location was great, it was clean and welcoming allthe time.
    • The facility is new, beautiful, and comfortable. Everything is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. The location is great, with easy access to public transportation, metro lines, and major tourist attractions. I highly recommend it

    Cons -

    • I did not like the price I was charged when I wanted to stay one night extra in the same room. It was a lot higher than I paid for the other nights. I'm not sure if this was because it was the weekend or what but it just seemed like a lot.
    • the bed sheets made my hair fluffy every morning, i think it might be because of the fabric.
    • It seems they gave my phone number to some kind of scammer, who nows messages me weekly that I need to pay a stay at this specific hotel for 1300 euros. Don't give your real phone number and information to this place

I really enjoyed how pretty much everything was. The beds were chill, I had the corner room so a lot of space, toilets and showers were plenty and clean. There were various places where you can loiter and wait around. There is a full kitchen, outside area (too cold in the winter to use it) en a large room where the Olympics was playing.

There were two things I didn't like. The showers is great, don't get me wrong. You got good water pressure and temperature. No limitations on how much water you can use. But the shower area was divided by shower curtains... I would have loved it if there was some more space to dry and get dressed with a more secure door. But space was limited for larger shower cabins but the showers weren't busy so it went well. The major issue was that my friend, other guests and I received a scam message which requested a few thousands of Euro's to stay at the hostel. Terra Luma confirmed that this was not from them. So clearly there is a severe issue with customer data handling.

The hostel was very well located, close to convenience stores, restaurants and public transport, just a short distance walk to the main attractions. The hostel's facilities were convenient and clean. The staff was very nice :)I couldn't take the buffet breakfast as it was not available but they offered a la carte options that were very tasty.

It was a bit difficult to climb to the top bunk bed and the lockers were super noisy.

Great facilities, mostly clean, fresh citrus water every day, very walkable distance to the city centre and other parts of Prague. Quite okay bed and like how the hostel tries being eco-friendly.

Somewhat distant staff (typically Czech from what I heard), and by extension also applies to fellow hostel stayers (many of them Koreans). Saw no one participating in the communal activities during my 6-night stay. Screeching sounds from the metal beds and loud cars also deduct points from overall comfort.

stayed for 4 nights as a female solo traveler and it was great, the beds are comfy and I had no issues whatsoever, honestly for it's price it's a luxury I say

Nice, quite, clean room. Great view on the city. Perfect for weekend trip in Prague.

What I loved about this hostel is that it is not an ordinary hostel but a hotel-type already. The pillow was very comfortable, the duvet was just enough, and the bed was very tidy. Both the bathroom and bedroom was very well-cleaned and spacious enough. The location is very accessible to the city and close to transportation area and the place was not even noisy despite being located along the highway. Overall, it exceeded my expectations as compared to the hostel that I have been before. Will definitely recommend this hotel and book again if I ever get back to Prague some other time. Value for money and worth the stay.

Probably could add one or two more toilets (esp if peak season)

    8HaydarPosted on: 2-4-2026

It is very close to public transport stations (trams and buses), which makes traveling easier. They gave me my room card despite I came early. The rooms were very clean and had a cozy atmosphere.Besides this, the staff were very humble and friendly.Even though I asked many questions to the receptionist (unfortunately, I didn’t ask his name

The lockers should be replaced because they can be very loud when you try to pull and open them.Especially early in the morning, I felt very nervous because I didn’t want to wake the others in the room. Also, you need to bring your own lock, as the hostel does not provide a password or cardless locking system.By the way, the ventilation system was not sufficient to provide fresh air.

Cleanliness, choice at breakfast, helpfulness of staff

Coffee machine not working. Upper bunk given although I am 60

    10ThomasPosted on: 2-2-2026

I don’t usually get emotional about curtains, but these deserve a standing ovation. They turn your bed into a little private cocoon..complete with your own outlet setup and a choice of lights worthy of a spaceship. The staff? Honestly, I think they might be professional happiness distributors: always smiling, always kind, always there when you need them. The entire hotel is spotless. I actually went looking for air fresheners because the corridors smell that good… turns out there aren’t any! It’s just that naturally “freshly sprayed” vibe all the time, and I’m obsessed. The bathrooms sparkle, the materials throughout feel premium—modern yet simple—and somehow everything looks like it was installed yesterday.Oh, and the coffee. Let’s just say it’s the kind of coffee that makes you consider moving in permanently. Perfect stay from start to finish ... can’t wait to come back!

Honestly, I can’t think of a thing..everything exceeded my expectations. Just keep doing exactly what you’re doing!

The hostel is very modern, everything is always very clean and its very comfortable, the rooms have the perfect size, the bathroom is very well made. Its close to everything, i highly recommend it, its one of the best hostels i have stayed, totally would come back.

The location is good, really friendly stuff and the facilities are pretty good. It’s so nice that I can store the luggage freely even after checking out:)

My room was on the first floor, probably pretty close to the common kitchen’s music sound system. For the first night stay the music kept playing till pretty late (like til 0 to 1 am) and the music as well as the beat felt so clear at my bad, which is a little annoying.

    8EmrahPosted on: 1-27-2026

The location, cleanliness, and staff were excellent. wonderful experience.

I stayed for three days; two days there was a wonderful buffet breakfast. However, on the last day, there was no breakfast. The receptionist asked me to choose from a menu. That was also very good, but the portions were very, very small.

    9VladimirPosted on: 1-26-2026

Pretty much everything is great. Aesthetics of the place, cleanliness and new stuff in the room, location is awesome and the price is probably the best I had for this level of quality.

Bathrooms were far away from my room and since I wake up at night to go to the toilet, it's inconvenient. Though it's a minor thing compared to everything else that is great.

    8DenizPosted on: 1-22-2026

The location was excellent. Very close to metro & tram station. They kindly gave me the bed before the official check-in time, which I really appreciated. The place was clean, and the free luggage storage was a big plus.

The beds were uncomfortable. The curtains on the beds didn’t fully close, which affected privacy. Also, the area where the rooms are located really needs better ventilation.

Friendly service, incredibly clean bathrooms, spacious, quality coffee machine
