Definitely not 4 Star hotel vibes. Noisy Karaoke till late night, not emptyed bin in Bathroom, not really quality clean looking beds..

The room was very comfortable, warm, cozy and clean., It was also kept clean everyday which was great.

Everything was great, except for the restaurant downstairs which could not serve meals. Clients want to eat there especially during winter since it is very accessible.

Convenient for travelers with a car. Free parking. It is about 1 km walk to a tram stop that goes you to the center.

Some furniture needs replacement.

Free parking was a good thing. Staff was nice and helpful.

Windows in our room were a bit difficult to close down. Furniture could need some refresh.

Parking was easy, plenty for guests directly outside the hotel entrance. Essentials were there, no major problems, except....

The fridge in our room didn't work. We were on a road trip and were carrying food, which we needed to keep cool. The hotel said they were full that might and couldn't change rooms, and the maintenance guys don't work on weekends so we would have to wait till Monday - two days away - for any help.

Bad

First of all , hotel stuff is not helpful at all what ever you ask them ( Do you have .... ) the answer will be "No"Pillow is very small , like for kids , we ask for extra one they don't have there is no Coffee or Tea or Water in Room , if you want hot water you need to go down and take hot water from down i ask them for help to remove snow from my car , they don't have anything i don't know who give them 4 star

Location is perfect for most Vietnamese who fancy authentic Vietnamese food

The hotel has massive car park. Rooms are comfortable. Location is near Sapa market perfectly.

Property was located at a good location for us as we really wanted to explore & try all the Vietnamese cuisine at Sapa Praha.

All receptionist were extremely rude, no customer service at all. Not even people’s skills considering the position they are in. They all seem unbothered of all guests.

Clean comfortable room. Excellent location beside Sapa.

No restaurant, cafe, bar etc. Staff seemed a bit bored and disinterested in customer service.

Free parking is the only point in favour.

Air conditioning dont work, safe dont work, no hair dryer. Fully dusty room. No bar or minibar in the hotel, no restaurant, In surroundings no services. It is not 4 stars as they claim.

Good location (to eat at Sapa center), large room, large bed, well equiped, clean

No breakfast in this hotel, a bit unusual. You can eat breakfast at restaurant 400 m from hotel.

The hotel has free parking, great, if travelling with car. The location is far from the city center, thus it's quiet.

The air conditioning did not work in the first room we were given, so we asked for a change. In the second room, the A/C had a horrible smell, so we changed again. In the third room the A/C was finally cooling the air and the smell was at least bearable.The towels given had a weird smell (seemed like woman's shampoo, but maybe it's just the detergent).We've also found hair in the bedsheets in two rooms. There was a mini-fridge in the room, which did not work, even though there was electricity.It would also be nice if the reception staff said "hello" first instead of the guests doing that :)

The hotel room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The receptionists were friendly and always helpful.

From the first day we notified the reception that the mini-fridge in the room did not work, the very kind man wrote it down but they never solved it in the three days that we stayed, at check-out we were at the reception waiting around 08 am for a while long, there was no one until a young woman appeared from the back, apparently she was listening to music with her headphones and she never knew of our presence, the rest was a comfortable stay

Easy to find the hotel, near to the highway. The rooms were comfortable, for 3 people as well. Clean and simple hotel. Nice and kind staff, they were really helpful.

We missed the breakfast opportunity at the place. The restaurant was closed. The big market next to the hotel was a litttle noisy in the mornings.
