Excellent breakfast, helpful staff... comfortable room.

Beautiful old hotel with friendly staff. The beds were the most comfortable we have had in Europe. Breakfast was good, we also ate dinner in the restaurant which was amazing and very affordable for our family of five. Definately recommend.

Very clean, quiet, very nice antique decoration, , breakfast was good, but everyday the same, near supermarket, shortly it felt like Home

A bit distance from metro, lack of elevator, a bit late hour breakfast, and relatively early closure for dinner

I had a wonderful stay at this charming place! The host was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room was cozy, incredibly clean, and beautifully decorated with local touches that gave it a unique and authentic feel. I especially loved the attention to detail in the decor—it really added to the overall experience. Breakfast was a real highlight each morning, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

If bringing a large/heavy suitcase with you, the staircase could be a little bit challenging.

It was a pleasure to stay here. Thank you. Our room was incredibly clean, and well furnished. Breakfast was both delicious and nutritious. The history of this family run hotel is fascinating, and we enjoyed learning about it. The location is excellent. It is close to a Prague metro station that has regular trains. There is also a supermarket nearby. We look forward to staying again in the near future.

Very nice and professional staff. They took very good care of us. The breakfast was excellent and they regularly asked us if we were satisfied and if we needed anything else. The dinners are also excellent. Excellent atmosphere. As for the accommodation, we were also satisfied. The room was clean and the bathroom too. The shower was spacious and there was enough space in the bathroom to store toiletries.

Amazing family, two room combined accommodation. Worked perfectly for family with two children, set up a playpen in a small room with a double bed that was perfect for them. Gave enough room for the children to have a little play area inside the room as well. Outside they have a playground for the children off the restaurant. The staff is amazing, so helpful with any needs. Breakfasts are outstanding, everything perfect. Restaurant attached to the hotel for dinner is so delicious, we ate 3 of our 5 meals there!

This property is fantastic. It has everything you could wish for. An excellent restaurant, beautifully decorated, excellent staff. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an amazing stay. Close to a metro station, less than a 10 minute walk. The most wonderful thing about Hotel Svatojánský Dvůr is the way they make you feel so welcome, and almost as you are part of their family. I will be happy to come back again and again to this special place.

Beautiful inside. Staff is fantastic. Food fabulous, owners are top notch!

The hotel is beautifully decorated with antiques which the son buys and restores. The bathroom was decorated to a high standard and immaculately clean and the water pressure in the shower was brilliant.

To stand under the shower head you have to be close to the shower tap and I kept accidentally changing the temperature when I bumped against it.

The room was spotless and the bathroom had a nice modern suite and powerful shower, peaceful nights sleep was had so its in a nice quiet area. Couldn't fault our time spent, nice continental breakfast served in the morning and the hotel restaurant served lovely food.

Historic building with beautifully restored old furniture. Very friendly host who took trouble to make us feel comfortable. The bedroom was spacious with a huge bed, crisp fresh linen and soft fluffy towels.The breakfast is so huge that you can skip lunch.

Searching for a place to celebrate our 10th anniversary of marriage , we discovered this superb hotel with restaurant .The hotel is a very well restored historical building with a medieval feeling. It is situated in a quiet area, 5 minutes walking from the C Metro line. From there to the city center is 20 minutes.The work that Miroslav , the owner , and his team are doing is amazing ,the stuff is really professional , proactive , always ready to help.No need to say that we enjoyed 5 days of very good food , breakfast and dinner , and of course the local beer , Pilsner Urquell.I can only highly recommend this location , thx for all !

It was my second time in this hotel and for sure I’ll come here again.For me everything was excellent!Hotel is located in quiet district close to metro station. Getting to the very center of the city takes me 20-25 minutes.Room was clean, nicely furnished with antique furniture and well equipped.Staff is very friendly and helpful.Restaurant food is excellent!Special thanks to Miroslav for his hospitality!

The host was super welcoming, the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional, one morning we had to leave before breakfast starts, so we told them beforehand and they prepared us a generous package.The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom was newly renovated, the shower had a nuce water pressure. All in all we had an extremly pleasant stay and service and hospitality is the reason why this would be my first option for my next trip to prague

Such a stunning building with lots of attention to detail with the decorations (especially for Christmas). The highlight of the hotel is the restaurant and the staff! Spotless service, delicious local high quality food & excellent breakfast! They offered us a generous take out breakfast because we needed to leave early one morning. We left in awe by our stay and the perfect organisation of the owners who went beyond our expectations to make us feel welcomed and appreciated - we will not even consider going elsewhere, despite the city centre being 35-45mins away.

We loved everything and can’t wait to come back.
