    Pros +

    • If you wish to discover Prague from the top, this is the place to stay. Three minutes by foot from the hotel you have a sweeping vista of the whole city and then descend leisurely toward the Hradshin and the Bridge. The number 22 tram takes you back.
    • The hotel was nice and the room was what we expected. The bar fridge wasn't working.
    • Friendly personnel, the location is perfect if you like to have a nice walk to the city, is only 15-20 minutes walk to the old town. If you don't like to walk you can take the train, just a few steps away. There is a free parking very near the hotel.

    Cons -

    • Travellers arriving by tram will find it difficult to locate the hotel, which is tucked away, without sign or billboard, in a side street.
    • The wait staff were slow and had a I don't care attitude. Then expected to be tipped for poor service.
    • room too hot trouble adjusting temp

The staff, the facility served dinner and breakfast. The room was comfortable

The so called parking basically does not exist uou pay extra for parking which they informed you of, but only has limited number and trying to get standard 4 dr sedan was difficult.

I liked the welkcome.I liked the room.I liked the location

The breakfast was a disappointment. Apparently, it was not included. This was not communicated well on the website. The communication from the staff was not correct (and even a little condescending), which resulted in me receiving a bill of CZK 570 afterward for a little bowl of yogurt and a coffee .... The cappuccino came from a machine instead of being homemade. You would expect that at that price. The fruit didn't look very fresh either.

Professional check-in. Pleasant, comfortable and clean room with bath tub. Comfortable kingsize bed (not separated in the middle). Good building materials, nice furniture and airco heater. Good breakfast.

    9JensPosted on: 1-26-2026

The room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable and the pillows as well. Breakfast was excellent, big buffet with lots of choice and most importantly laid out in a logical order, i.e. easy to find the plates and knives and forks.

Setting the Aircon to the temparature I wanted in the room was impossible. I set the aircon to auto, and at 5:30 in the morning I woke up and the room was boiling, 30 degrees. So I had to open the window and outside it was -6 degrees. Aircons in hotel rooms are generally a problem no matter where I stay, so this is basically par for the course. Someone should invent a user friendly hotel aircon interface.... they'd make millions. If you're going to use the sauna or spa, there are only 4 loungers, just something to keep in mind when you use the sauna, when I was there it got pretty full with 6 people, luckily I was finished with my session so it didn't affect me but others would've been without a lounger.

Location was spectacular near Prague Castle and Strahov Cloisters. There were a couple of great restaurants nearby and an easy 20 minute walk into Prague city center. Staff was very nice and helpful

Cleaning products had a bit of a strong smell

The location was very good and the room was spacious. I liked the arrangement of the furnitures inside.

The temperature control was not working. So, It was cold inside the room. The staff interactions lacked warmth and politeness.

location - quiet and beautiful area. lots of eating places near by. Staff were lovely. Bed was comfortable.

the room was too warm - it was October and the AC had been switched to winter heating mode so we couldn't use it to cool the room and we had a ground floor room and were a little worried about having the window open at night. Piped music outside the entrance was annoying as you passed by (and particularly for our friends who had a room overlooking that area - it started early and finished late!)

    9MarioPosted on: 10-25-2025

Nice location, good room and bed, good breakfast.

Some airco's make some noise; internet was not sometimes intermittently available.

In the past was okay for me I’m not fine if emails are being ignored.

Zero Service for written emails even after third or fourth attempt

We went there before thinking it would be the same, but it changed completely. I don’t know if management changed but it wasn’t the same

The staff was extremely rude and I didn’t get the room I wanted. We had wanted the room that have the slanted walls and the phenomenal bathroom but I ended up getting a completely different room which was completely unsatisfactory. I needed a shower that was even with the floor and ended up with a bathtub which didn’t work with my physical limitations. We tried changing rooms but the staff was too busy with having a personal conversation to even notice that we were standing there for quite some time. We wanted to eat dinner there one night and we waited over 15 minutes for any acknowledgment. We ended up going somewhere else to eat. Very disappointed and will not recommend any more people to use your hotel

The property was lovely in great location! The suite was spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Bed very comfortable! Great choice at Breakfast Latterly next to Strahov monastery. Easy taxi ride from airport ( in no traffic) Lovely surroundings of hotel garden.

We stayed with a child (6) and there was not enough towels for 3 people just for 2 or bed made up for him. The bed was huge so he just slept with us as we arrived very late and I did not wanted to spent more time sorting it out.

The best part of our stay was breakfast- I really didn't miss anything. The choice was great and everything was fresh and tasty. They even had tasty filtered coffee?. Also the bed was very comfortable and the staff was nice.

We asked the hotel in advance to reserve a parking in the yard for us, because we have a big car. They confirmed, but when we arrived, everything was full (since the yard is small). In reality, they forgot to reserve it. Since we didn't fit into the garage, we had to squeeze our car next to the hotel wall, while blocking 1 car in front of us. And still pay for it the full price of 34 euros. We decided then to eat in the restaurant, but the food was a slight disappointment as regards the poor choice, the portion size and the price. The waiter was very nice though and at the end we got 10% discount. We booked 2 rooms, since we were a family with 2 kids. They put us on the same floor, but very far from each other. Which wouldn't be an issue, just that my husband and I got a connection room and the connection door wasn't soundproof at all, so we could hear our (most probably American) neighbour in the room next to us talking on the phone in some work related meetings until 1:00 am.

    Nothing special

Staff was really slow in serving dinners, unpleasant when I asked for Laundry service, electricity was shutdown during the peak of the day (afternoon) for 1 hour, room cards did not work, etc.
