    • It was decent stay for 3 stars, the room was clean, easy to check in and the equipments were in order.
    • Pleasant
    • Very silent accommodation, could get a perfect night sleep. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was abboundant and fresh, big choice and quality food. The atmosphere with silent background music at the breakfast was also great, we felt relaxed. We we’re really really satisfied.

    Cons -

    • The room was cold whole night even though I am used to having my window open (which i didnt have at the hotel). The parking on the streets is for residents and there is not much space there. There are also signs that those parking sports are not for the hotel, which they ignore. The breakfast was... edible. Not something I would write home about.
    • In the morning before the plane I wanted to take a shower, but firstly it was broken, secondly there was no hot water, I had to go on a 14-hour flight dirty
    • Maybe a small minus is that we couldn’t take a bath because there was no bathtub plug. This was the only thing we were missing, otherwise everything was perfect.

A bit remote from shops, in middle of residentials. Park the car on the roadside is better to park in the hotel's parking as it is too difficult and risky to enter the gate.

    6EsmeraldaPosted on: 1-6-2025

    It was clean.

It was expensive for what we paid and it was very far from the center of town.

Warm little room. Polite and friendly blond lady at the front desk. Location is easy to find if you arrive by car. Prague suburb, app 12 min by walk from metro station, and 15-20 min by metro from the centre. Breakfast is basic, no much variety, good capuccino though. We were lucky and manage to park our car in the parking near hotel and left it there for the whole period. However, there are only 3-max 4 parking places near the hotel, the rest depends on the availability in the public street, which is not much.

The room had not been cleaned for whole three days, nor sheets or towels changed, nor garbage had been collected. As far as I am concerned, this is huge minus, taking into account the price of more than 130 € per day... The sink is too small, and there is no place in the bathroom to leave e. g. cosmetic bag or brush. The exchange rate surprised me as well. Regarding your reply - I did not know about your linen policy, thank you for the explanation. However, it is not true that the cleaning lady nocked for cleaning and that we just asked for the new toilet paper roll - that have never happened. We put the green mark on our door.

This is a pleasant, low-key hotel in a suburban area, relatively easy to access if you're driving in, without needing to pass through too much of the city on the way in. The city centre is a 20 minute Uber ride away. The staff were super friendly, and they made sure to put me in a quiet room which I appreciated. The room was large with all the amenities. Breakfast could have had a larger selection.

Nice modern hotel and nice room, very good breakfast and nice staff.

First if you are coming with a car, don’t stay at this hotel if you like to have a parking space. They don’t, free parking is available not at the property but o the street if you can find a spot(vey hard). The room and the bathroom need more atention in the cleaning process. Spider web on the room corner, not ok. No elevator available, we where there with a 1 year old child with a lot of bags and we had a room at the second floor. Every expensive for what they offer, not worth 130€/night

Good location, considering it was in walking distance from my office. Clean room and quiet surroundings. Large park nearby available for walks or running.

Limited breakfast options, pretty cold when checking into the room but eventually got warmer after starting the heater.

As a businessman returning for my second stay, I was excited to discover that the hotel has a new name now—Petit Grand Hotel. I must say, it's a very fitting name because this charming establishment, with just 17 rooms, truly embodies the concept of being "grand" in its own delightful way! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and hospitality. They remembered me from my previous stay, which made me feel valued as a guest. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, allowing me to settle in quickly. The room was cozy and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable double bed dressed in fresh white cotton linens. After long days of meetings, I appreciated the orthopedic mattress that provided excellent support for a restful night's sleep. The shower was fantastic—plenty of hot water and great pressure, making it easy to unwind after a busy day.One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The buffet offered a variety of options, including some healthy choices that I appreciated as someone who likes to start the day right. The coffee was excellent—rich and flavorful, just how I like it! The dining area has a pleasant atmosphere, making it a great place to enjoy your meal while planning your day. And to top it off, soothing music played softly in the background, creating a relaxing ambiance perfect for starting the day.I also love the hotel's location; it's in a quiet neighborhood but still conveniently close to public transport. It only took about 25 minutes to reach the city center. Plus, the free parking right outside the hotel is a significant advantage for someone like me who travels by car.The attention to detail at Petit Grand Hotel is commendable. From the cleanliness of the rooms to the friendly demeanor of the staff, everything contributes to a comfortable and professional environment. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay.In summary, I highly recommend the hotel! ¡Hasta la próxima!

    nothing!

Breakfast was good and had a good variety of things. The room had a good quality hair-dryer which was a plus. It also had a bottle of water refilled every day. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy, although it was surprising that there was no personnel on the grounds for days other than the person refilling breakfast - but it worked.Might not be the best area for general sightseeing as it is residential and a bit further out (but it felt like a nice, safe neighbourhood nonetheless).

The room (it was a one person room) was a bit small, even for that and it was a top floor so it had slanted walls which also decreased the feeling of its size.

In sooth, as an aged Dutch lady, I did embark upon a journey with mine family to the enchanting city of Prague. Our sojourn at the Hotel Shato hath filled mine heart with joy and contentment. The hotel, adorned with splendid decorations, did present a most delightful atmosphere. The cleanliness of our quarters was beyond reproach, for every corner sparkled as if touched by the hands of fairies. The furnishings, both elegant and comfortable, did provide us with a warm embrace after our daily explorations.Prague, with its cobbled streets and majestic architecture, did captivate our spirits, yet it was the charm of our abode that made our stay truly memorable. I wouldst highly recommend this establishment to any traveler seeking relax and beauty in their lodgings.Verily, I look forward to returning to this wondrous city and the Hotel Shato, where memories are made and cherished.

    Mixed bag

Location poor, but if you’re coming from the motorway you can easily connect back to the highway network. No recommendations given for food, breakfast was just ok, no AC in the rooms.

This small hotel is located in a residential neighborhood of Prague, about 20 min drive from the airport. There is a quiet environment, and there is a pleasant park in a close proximity. The staff at the reception were very friendly.

The rooms are rather small and there is no air conditioners in the rooms. The toilet supplies are basic.

I recently managed to get away from Spain to Prague and stayed at Shato Hotel, which was conveniently located closer to the airport. Since I only had one day in the city, I purposely chose to stay outside the noisy city center so I could sleep well. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after my flight. I was very impressed by the beautiful staircase, where the lights moved with the steps, creating a lovely atmosphere. The hotel was clean and my room had lovely artwork on the walls. The breakfast was simple but good, and I enjoyed the fresh coffee and local delights. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. I had a wonderful time exploring Prague despite my short visit!

Would like to come to this hotel more often!

As a seasoned business traveler, I recently returned to the Shato hotel in Prague, and I was delighted to see the impressive renovations. The hotel boasts a fresh and clean atmosphere, with a beautifully updated breakfast area featuring new white and wooden furniture. My room was freshly painted, decorated with lovely artwork, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The breakfast was simple yet satisfying, and the high speed Wi-Fi kept me connected and productive throughout my stay. I also appreciated the free parking and the hotel's convenient access to the city center. I highly recommend the Hotel to fellow travelers seeking comfort, cleanliness, and excellent amenities. I look forward to my next visit!

I would recommend having the extra memory foam pillow that I prefer already in the room, instead of having to ask for it at reception.

As a business traveler, I had the pleasure of staying at Shato Hotel during my recent trip to Prague. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern decor that greeted me.The room, although compact, was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The mattress was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the bed sheets were crisp, clean, and fresh. The room had a pleasant aroma, further enhancing the sense of cleanliness and attention to detail. One of the highlights of my stay was the light breakfast area. The selection of food, while not extensive, was decent and satisfying. What truly impressed me was the excellent coffee selection, which is often a rarity in Prague. The coffee was of high quality and served in a pleasant atmosphere.Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was reliable and fast, which was essential for me to stay productive during my trip.As a business traveler, I appreciate the importance of a well-maintained and clean environment. Hotel exceeded my expectations in this regard, providing a comfortable and professional setting for my stay. The hotel's commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail is commendable and made my business trip more enjoyable. In conclusion, I highly recommend Grand Petit Hotel to fellow business travelers seeking a clean, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation in Prague.

Although the hotel lacked air conditioning, the provided fan and comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The blackout curtains were a valuable asset, effectively blocking heat and light for a restful stay.

This property was adequate, but we thought we would have an elevator and AC. We had neither. The staff were friendly. The room was very clean.

Hard to find parking. No AC
