Clean hotel, friendly hotel staff, good breakfast

Bad location to use Uber or Lyft

Rooms are good, especially bed and balcony. There's a lot of storage. Breakfast is very good, small selection but excellent quality. Pool and sauna facilities are very relaxing and enjoyable. Parking is right in the underground garage.

Bathroom is dated, there's a strange gap between sink and wall where a lot of dirt collects. Some renovation would be good.

Very friendly 24/7 stuff and great breakfast(provided you wake early enough)The room is amazing, pool is great and the veiw is top notch, on top of that the facalties are exceptionaly fun and easy to use

The location is about 30m by car with no traffic and i wouldnt reccomand for driving it by yourself at night unless you are very confident on thin roads

it has everything you would need for a nice holiday break, gym, spa, balcony, country view, nice and clean everywhere

The people at the reception, bar and bowling were very friendly and helpful. Room was big and pool was nice just sad that small children weren't allowed. Breakfast was nice and the coffee was delicious

The carpet had stains and it wasn't as clean as i wanted it to be. It would also be nice if we had a kettle to make bottles for the kids but that's just a preference. It didn't seem as children friendly as described.

wellness ??

the internet is very bad... youtube, netflix... can't even start! tv cuts out... unwatchable

Great place for adults or family with teen-agers who come to relax and enjoy sport.Large rooms, clean.For small kids not too much attractions.

For those travels to the city, public transportation is too long.Breakfast is moderate.

Spacious room and bathroom with plenty of storage. Fantastic breakfast. Friendly staff. Not busy in any part of the hotel. Nice balcony. Pool was good.

Noise of kids running up and down somewhere in hotel in the evening, maybe upstairs.

Nice relaxed venue.

Additional fees for use of the tennis courts was presented on check out. I had wrongly assumed these would be included, as there was no clear information informing that would be the case.Also there was no running water in our room for most of the first day on arrival.

Great breakfast and very nice duplex room and Wellness area.

The fact that we could not use the locker in the wellness area so we had to carry our stuff through the Hotel and walk in our bathrobes.all towels and bathrobes looked the same so we even mixed them up in the Sauna on our first day there

The hotel is nice, huge rooms and good breakfast. The wellness included in the price of the room is nice and since the hotel is a bit out of the Prague, is was never crowdy.

I did not like the restaurant at the hotel too much and also group exercise is additional 300CZK, but I did not think it is worth the price (I tried yoga).

Staff was great and very helpful,wellness area was lovely.Amazing breakfast,great selection of food and friendly staff.

Our room had few issues,mold in shower,very squeaky beds,poor quality mattresses,bedside light not working,it didn't feel like 4 star hotel.

Loved the warm reception staff, great rooms, the facilities, pool and saunas. Breakfast was elaborate with something for everyone. All the staff were Amazing but Tomas and team at reception stood out. Thank you do much. Love Margot.

Good modern sport hotel. Big pool, big parking garage, room size is ok. The staff was really very friendly! Breakfast was ok, the restaurant was good!

Pool is closing quite early. The bathrooms could be renewed.

Breakfast was awesome! The spa met my expectations, with only one disadvantage: in Jakuzi, I have noticed quite some hair... The room was comfortable, and the balcony had such a good view. Overall, the air is super fresh, and the area is significant, so you can walk outside nice! Lots of leisure activities, by the way!

Nice room, good desk suitable for work with a laptop. Beds wide and long enough. Breakfast buffet had a decent amount of choice. Dinner was filling and tasty.

Chairs in the room had no felt under the legs so they made a lot of noice on the floor when moving them. The spa pool was slightly too cold for my liking, though that may be personal preference. For the price we'd just expected a bit more luxury and facilities included.

The hotel is huge, rooms are very spacious and clean. We were with kids and enjoyed our stay a lot. The restaurant is great and the food is very delicious! Breakfast was very good!
