Clean rooms and helpful reception

The old man in the restaurant was very rude and impolite.

Breakfast was good as international breakfast.the bathroom was big and well equipped with hairdryer.

The carpet in the rooms, rooms are large but old fashioned. No disposable slippers provided.

Nice rooms, great staff, parking. Shuttle to metro is great when available.

Breakfast was limited. No good coffee options. Shuttle to metro not always available. Pool was small cold and dark.

Very helpful ? stuff!!! The rooms were spacious and the pool very nice for the kids! Good breakfast and the bus shuttle helped us to commute faster to public transportation. Overall I recomand the hotel!

Transfer available to the next metro station - 5 min driving, free parking, included breakfast. Swimming pool and sauna - after sightseeing, it was the perfect end of the day - kids really liked it. The size of the room for 4 people was good. I really liked the architecture of the historical building. Not noisy and not overcrowded

Everything was great. The staff (Mr. Link) was very friendly and gave us some tips for our stay, transportation, and parking.The breakfast was very good, although the lighting was a bit dim.

The access road was closed, so it was difficult to reach the location the first time.

Great value for money! Well connected to the city centre with plenty of activities at the hotel. We especially enjoyed the mini golf! All staff very friendly and helpful plus front desk speak english. Would stay again

To far from downtown and inconvenient location

Welcoming & very helpful staff, Family room , pool and location a bit away from the city centre but reachable in 10-12 minutes. Free shuttle offered by hotel is a plus.

All was really good

The hotel is clean FAIRlY (not well) maintained, the room is spacious and provided with centralized AC. The location is good and near to the old town ( will cost €6 by Uber) shuttle provided by the hotel to nearest Metro station.Overall the location and facilities are pretty good for 3 star hotel.

I liked calm location, perfect communication with helpful stuff and a lot of features inside object (pool, sauna, bowling, restaurant, minigolf in garden). Beds were comfy and air conditioning working well. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was just good - I liked quality of juices and I completely fallen in love with... bread. A masterpiece of bakery, compliments for that.

I didn't like fact, that I was never informed before arrival that on Saturday night I'll have a noisy party below outside the window from the restaurant till midnight. It's difficult to really rest in these conditions after long day, especially with kids. Also coffee from powder at the machine during breakfast was awful - even simple natural filter coffee (not expensive at all) would do the job better, think about that. If you could inform that guest can pay extra for espresso or cappuccino for breakfast, I promise - there will be some ordering it.

Breakfast was plenty. Shuttle service was a great help, they don't run shuttle on Tuesday but front desk gave us 30 minutes validity tickets to the nearest station; which was great. Rooms are big and clean and the pool and Sauna were very welcomed by my children.
