Hotel Unique

Nice cozy hotel in a great location. Otherwise an excellent stay, but I would have appreciated that the gluten-free diet would have been better taken into account. However, I had informed this in advance. The reception staff was very friendly and had good language skills. I also appreciated the bathroom products.

The room was super clean, the facilities were excellent, the breakfast was really complete. An absolute pleasure.

Really appreciated staff’s behaviour and cleanliness of the room. Location is ideal combining lots of public transportation options as well as reaching the old town on foot.

An upgrade on windows and insulation would be beneficial. Both internal and external noise were a bit of minor issue at some points.

The hotel has an excellent location. It’s easy to reach any part of the city and even more distant areas using several types of public transport. After 7 p.m., access is by code only, as there is no reception. The breakfast is superb, and the staff perform their duties perfectly. It’s comfortable and convenient enough to spend a stay of more than five days at this hotel. There are also grocery stores, as well as several good restaurants and bakeries nearby.

The room we were given had a slanted ceiling, which was not the type of room I saw when making the reservation, so my expectations were different. Nevertheless, the stay went very well. The beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet.

I rarely give 10's on Booking, cause always is something little bit away from perfect, but this time everything was top notch.Clean, comfortable, with great breakfast and location + luggage storage was free in a secured room till 7PM on the CheckOut day. Money/Value ratio: 10+Staff is kind and helpfull, so will defintely come back to this hotel when i am back to Prague.

Close to trams and busses so its easy to get around. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, and overall clean.

A nice hotel with good location near the Metro station and good choice of restaurants and pubs within the walking distance. Spacious rooms and large bathrooms with big windows for natural light. Comfortable bed for sleeping and table to meet the need for occasional work. Room included a safe and working fridge behind the mirrored closet door - so you can keep your drinks cool that might be very handy during summer travel.

A shower was a bit small but still possible to squeeze in.

Daily room cleaning could be better. They could improve on that and on deep cleaning.

The location was really good very close to the metro and tram stations, the breakfast is very nice served and also with variety, every day there's something different to try, and also very tasty, the terrace in the room was a plus with beautiful views to the garden and trees around, you can also get into the room with a code in case you forgot your key, you just need to do the check-in online.

There were no tissues in the room or in the bathroom, but the toilet paper was enough

A great hotel at a great location for sightseeing. It is situated 10 minutes walking distance from the national museum, near a marvelous neogothic church with an open space where you can rest and relax. Near it there is a Hoxton Burger restaurant that you should definitely try if you like burgers! There are multiple stops of tram nearby and one metro station, so it is very convenient to go anywhere. If you like walking you can even go on foot to all the great tourist attractions. Moreover there is a super market on the opposite side of the street to buy whatever you forgot to bring with you.The room was very spacious, there was a small balcony and the bathroom was clean and big. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was great, with many and different things to eat and start your day full of energy.

Small things that were not bad but could improve for me. I would definitely stay here again if I decide to revisit Prague.The heating is central and that made my room a bit too hot so I had to keep windows open. I did not stay a lot inside but that could be a bigger problem for someone else. Daily cleaning could be a bit better sometimes. I do not understand why there was not a ramp for wheelchairs in the entrance 5-6 stairs since there is an elevator in the hotel.

Rooms were spacious and clean. I had a balcony which was nice. Bathrooms were big and beds were comfortable

I found the temperature control in my room a little tricky (maybe just me). It was so hot I had to keep the doors of my balcony open

Location was excellent. Very near the train station yet on a quiet street just a short walk to the Main Street Public transport was excellent Breakfast was very good with a varied menu each morning Receptionist was very helpful

Everything was great except we found and unfinished apple in our room (cleaning missed it). But we were cool about it, not a big deal. Great location. Comfy rooms. Awesome breakfast.

It was a very good location for a good price. The breakfast had a lot of options and tasted good. The room was clean and comfortable, there was a fan as well it made my stay more comfortable since it was very hot outside.

The rooms had no AC, ventilator or anything similar. Considering that is not precise a cheap one, it baffles me how they can provide rooms where the inner temperature is +30 degrees. We arrive late at night after a really hot day and the temperature outside the hotel was nicer than inside. Since it was so hot, our only option was to open to windows and try to sleep but we spent the whole night hearing drunk people and getting eaten by mosquitoes. For a sleepless night, save the money and go to a cheap hostel instead. When we mentioned this issue to the receptionist she said that “the hotel is build in such a way that doesn’t need AC” , which was a funny statement for someone working in a room that very clearly had a functioning AC.
