Hotel Essence

Very modern and a great location

The hotel is really nice, clean and modern. The staff were super friendly during check in, breakfast and check out! Special Thank you to Darya! The breakfast was very delicious. The location was perfect! 8 min walk to the train station, 8 min walk to the main square and 15 minutes walk to the old town center. Transport connections are also perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Just as room for improvement. The light of the thermostat in the room is really bright, almost like a flashlight to your face, and we could not turn it off. Just a small detail.

Breakfast was great, the staff alsoThe room was very clean

The was a little bit small

the staff was so friendly

The Breakfast is limited and when smit time to clean the room they just clean the bathroom

The location was great and the room was comfortable.

I did not like the breakfast. There was tool little to choose from and not very tasty.

Better than I expected! Super clean, amazing location. Walkable distance to everywhere. Breakfast was good! And staff very kind

We had to wait a little bit to get a table for breakfast, it was very busy.

Excellent location, quiet and very close to the city center. Very spacious room and nice view.

Location was perfect. Breakfast was good but there were issues

There was not sufficient hot water in the shower in the mornings - when we raised the issue with the front desk, the lady told us that the hotel was full therefore not enough hot water - I thought that was a ridiculous answerer ; I did not think the water supply was meant to be sufficient when the hotel is only half full!!! The other issue was the availability of salmon at breakfast - if you arrived before 08:30 maybe there was some left there, but after that they told there is no more - very not professional approach for breakfast set up.

The room has clean and modern design. Its location is optimal, close to everywhere you need to go. Rich breakfest.

The room heating was a bit low for us, no optional control on that. There is no bar at the hotel, but there are plenty outside.

Excellent location with very good breakfast. Very ample room with a boutique atmosphere. Very friendly front desk staff. Water station was a great plus! Coffee available all day was another great plus!

The room shower was very narrow, difficult to get in and out due to the tub height.

Our stay was exceptional , the room was a great size , bed very comfortable, and extremely clean . Breakfast was also at a high standard

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Great location. The room is sparkling clean and comfortable.

The lighting is too white and bright in my opinion- less light will create a nicer ambiance

The room was great, and clean. The breakfast was excellent! The stuff were very kind and helpful. Great location

Everything was good. The room was clean, the hotel is renovated and kept very clean, the breakfast is good, the location is perfect to go everywhere in the old town in minutes, the service 24/7 from staff is excellent, with special thanks to Ana Maria❤️

Modern hotel midway between train station and Old Town, so one was in the "thick of it" yet the hotel was on a quiet side street.

Comfortable room. Central location and great breakfast

Nothing. Everything was great.

Very good central location. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and had a good selection of food.

Everything was good.

THe hotel is so closed to the train station and the walk is super short. The entire hotel is so new and very well decorated. The room is large, the tub and shower is so clean and the shower head is excellent. Room is quite. It is very close to tram and walkable to all tourist spots.

Modern, clean, and spacious room. Great location. Overall, superb experience!

The absolutely greatest value of this hotel was Kristine, the receptionist. She was not only speaking perfect English, was also extremely helpful with any request, gave is plenty of suggestions and practical information. I wish that in every 5* hotel such absolutely receptionist will assist me :-),
