Hotel is very comfortable. Room is cozy and perfectly designed, it had everything we need. It was warm in the room (outside was -2). The staff is friendly, professional and there to meet your expectations.The location is perfect. Just little bit outside city center and noise but perfectly connected with bus and tram lines to every part of city (prox 20,30 min). Restaurants and coffee's are near the hotel.

I dont have any bad comments or experience. I would say that hotel have such good potential because of renovations. Two buidings in one, bussiness meeting rooms, great rooms and if they planing to have coffe inside garden or restaurant that is total match, because then you dont have to go far from hotel. We didnt have or hear any noise of machines that could ruin your stay. Hope to come again and enjoy. :)

Clean bathroom

Curtains and wall needed to be clean and i the location was a bit scary it you walk after 5 pm no facilities near to the hotel

I liked the modern design of the hotel, the facilities, the inner yard and the breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. Definitely will be a great hotel after the renovation is finished in 2026!

A bit noisy during the mornings because of the construction works in front. The elevator was off as well.

The breakfast was pretty good for such a small hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful.The location is also amazing, the bus (which goes every 10 minutes) is just around the corner, and the tram is also 1 street away (Though up a steep hill so plenty of exercise!). If you decide to walk it's about 15 to 20 minutes, so also very do-able!For the room itself, the bed was very cozy and everything is as expected from a hotel room. Plenty of power to charge your devices to last through the day while you're out exploring the BEAUTIFUL city of Prague.Plenty of shops nearby aswell! Lidl is on an 8 minute walk from the hotel and lots of small local restaurants nearby so lots of choice!A tip for all travellers: If you need to get cash from an ATM, just a few minutes from the hotel there's an ATM from the Česká spořitelna bank, use that one instead of the Euronet!!!

Unfortunately the Air Conditioning was broken in our room. Whilst we were told they would send a technician to our room, I think they may have forgotten. This caused our room to be between 25 and 29 degrees Celcius the whole night (While the outside was -1 degree mind you!). We slept half of our stay with the windows open to allow it to cool down inside, and kept the windows open while we were out exploring the absolutely beautiful city.And aside from that the thermostat on the shower appeared to be broken in our room, causing the shower to swing greatly in temperature (from very cold to VERY hot and back the whole time)

Cosy room with everything you need. Close to city square with plenty of experiences to take in.

Unfortunately the parking was extremely tight.

Good place with many restaurants and groceries around. Also rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good.

By coincidence, there was a malfunction with the elevator during our stay. While it was being fixed, there was no hot water. However, the hotel staff provided us with a key to a room where hot water was available so we could take a shower.

Very comfortable stay, the hotel offers stylish rooms, comfortable bed, very modern standard. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating of guests requests. I had very pleasant week in Prague and enjoyed relaxing stay. Breakfast had good variety and 2 areas with plenty of seating.

The hotel is modern and very well decorated. The location is great. We loved it!!

Wait for fifteen minutes to check in. It was 7pm already, but we were supposed be allowed to check in at 3pm.

I liked the polite and helpful staff, the quiet location of the room, the design of the reception, the temporary storage of personal luggage, the bottled water in the room, and the overall cleanliness during my stay at the hotel.

I didn’t like the slightly higher price, especially in contrast with the non-functional bathroom doors that kept opening, the few light switches that didn’t work properly, the lack of a table to sit at in the room, and the cleanliness of the plates at breakfast during my stay at the hotel.

Great stay in Prague, the room was on a smaller side, but that did not matter as it was very cozy. The hotel is close to multiple bus stops and also a tramway stop, so there is no problem with travelling around Prague.

Really nice hotel in calm part of Prague. Good communication to the city center. Rooms are really spacious and well designed. Good breakfast with lot of options. Small parking available on request.

Unpleasant stay, we checked out 1 day earlier even that we paid for two days.

Dirty sheets, paint smell from construction, bad smell in the property everywhere, noise, there is no normal way to charge the phone.

The beds were so comfortable! It was clean, coffee in the room, air conditioning that you could put to your own level. A bit out of the center but easy to navigate with the PID app. I ended up adding two more nights to this place because it was so lovely.

There was major construction going on in the adjacent building so the patio smelled of chemicals and was partially covered in plastic. There was a lot of noise from it. It didn’t bother me in my wing, but it’s something I wish was told to guests prior to booking.

There was a construction near the hotel, it was very noisy during daytime but otherwise everything was very good. Breakfast was awesome, staff was very kind and friendly

The hotel is generally decent—fresh and clean.

However, on the second day, the air conditioning stopped working, and the temperature in the room reached 30°C, making it impossible to sleep at night. There was also no hot water in the shower. The service was practically non-existent, and breakfast was not included—and frankly, nothing special. Customer service definitely needs improvement.
