- Very large and bright suite, huge bathroom. Very comfortable mattress and extremely quiet room. A very modern oasis in an historical building. Room was cleaned and refreshed twice a day. Wonderful staff, so helpful and offering his help 
- I've stayed at this hotel for the past 7 years and they never fail to impress! Staff is AMAZING, and the location is perfect for exploring Prague. From the front desk,  the Concierge, and  the doorman the staff was absolute CLASS!

- Small room. Hard bed with flat pillows. Room service dinner made me ill one night. Bad massage. One of the concierges began argument with me & then hung up. Seemed weird. Receptionist came up and apologized for him, as she knew he was confused.
- The upstairs bedroom gets warm because the night outer curtain covers the vent
