The room was not clean enough, with a bit of dust here and there. Condition of things from pods, pillows to walls and sinks is close to their last days. A fridge is noisy.

Having a kitchenette was very convenient.

The elevator was off the floor level. I still had to use the stairs as I got off the elevator. The front door to the building kept breaking and difficulty entering the facility. It was a little further from the old town then I thought it would be.

Great value for money, the room was clean, very close to the city center, walkable distance.In the vecinity of the National Museum.

The guy at the reception was super nice, the room was comfortable and clean.It's located in a calm environment with all commodity around like the Metro A , tram, they are good restaurant around also.

Nicely renovated old apartment and walking distance from the center. Several shops and restaurants with good breakfast options right across the street. The host was very helpful.

Cleaning needs a big improvement-shower corner was full of hairs, and in the fresh towels were hair. First night we didn't have warm water and the entrance door are broken. You will get a phone number for partnership hotel to assist you out of opening hours of reception,but they never pick up the phone which is unpleasant when you cannot get in the building in the middle of the night. Generally it was absolutely overpriced for what you get...

Staff was extra helpful. Location right next to a nice Christmas Market and tram and train station.

There’s these stairs, we need to take the stairs with our big suitcase but the staff helped us!

Clean room, staff is really nice, speaking English, only 25 min walk until city centre.

No slippers, few hangers for clothes, the shampoo stuck in the wall unable to use it properly, me personally I prefer a real key not a card, the bed not too comfy, needs a coffee machine instead of the kettle.

The location is great with easy access to most of Prague's attractions either on foot or by public transportation. The room is very large and clean. Vaclav is very helpful and friendly.

The reception is only open from 10-16. If you want to store your luggage in the hotel, you need to be aware of this (they do have a partner hotel where you may store the luggage, which I did not try).Also on my last day there the handle of the gate was a bit broken so it wasn't very easy to get in. I'm sure they will quickly fix this.

The venue was great, accessible and very clean. The loccation was perfect, just five minutes walk from Wencelas Square, you could not fault it. thanks.

The location is not very close to the central. It's quite a trip visiting the attractions. But I find the neighborhood very quiet esp. in the morning. I was assigned with a street-facing room but never disturbed by the street noise. Overall, my stay was very good.

The entrance door going to the apartment building's main door doesn't lock.
