dining area for breakfast was small, the room felt outdated, room also was very cold despite having the heater on 5 all the time

There were some issues with breakfasts: egg shells were not properly removed and some ingridients seemed to be not so fresh.

great room quite and comfortable beds, it's possible to have dinner in the hotel. great price for value

ask in advance if you need milk substitutes like soya or oat

The room was clean with a balcony and quite spacious. there is a lift so carrying our suitcases was not a issue. Very good breakfast and about 6 minutes walk to the metro and / or bus station. Nice and quite location. They have a restaurant below so lunch and dinner is also not an issue.

Nice and clean rooms, room service daily, good breakfast, dinners were ok, wifi was smooth, 24 hours reception.

Only one staff was friendly, strange noise during night in room 3.

Friendly staffs

No tv in the room, no bin in the room(just one in the bathroom), little bit far from the metro station.

The art deco decor is very appealing. At first it seems a bit remote from the historic center but there is a metro station very nearby that takes you straight into the heart of the city. Even by foot you can reach it.

The restaurant is poor, and the staff as well. There was a young lady that has no clue about what is she doing there. I ordered some traditional dish with beef at her advice, that had more than half only fat. She saw that i didn’t touch the food and took my plate after ordering something else and she didn’t even asked what was wrong about her traditional recommendation, but obviously i payed for it. She’s rushing you to order and after that you won’t see her again, totaly ignores your table. So just go out and eat, don’t waste your money.

I liked this hotel, the room was comfortable, the staff was friendly; the location is nice, with onsite parking.

Since the first time I stopped comparing hotels in Prague. Every time we are in Prague over night, we keep coming back there.If you book breakfast and dinner you get a voucher for each night. You can use them freely on lunch or dinner.For that voucher, you get to choose from a menu. Either starter and main, or main and dessert. Great chef. I always enjoy the food there.Late arrival is no problem, you just inform them via mail or phone. They have a 24h reception service. Just the kitchen will close at 22:00… so you might want to use a “dinner” voucher for the late day on your next days lunch.Will keep coming there.

Nice hotel in a quiet location of Prague. We've got a nice, clean and big room. Very good breakfast.

I think in this price category, parking should be included in price (even though needed to be booked upfront since the capacity is limited).

I like the quiet area and the fress air.

The parking is payable in Hotel. It was not in the past...

Location.

The receptionist ( old lady ) was kinda rude. The check in took about 30 mins. She required my passport and my wife's passport. And the she examed my visa schengen . She asked me to sign many papers. I thought for a while I might have got to some kind of Secret agency or something :( .
