- Me and my friend got a room with a fabulous view!! We took photos with central Prague in the background and in the morning (there was a balcony!) the wind gently brushed the curtains over by the two twin beds which looked like a king together. The shower was nice and the hotel had an old classic feel. Breakfast was good too. Tv was included she liked that.
- Comfy bed, great location, friendly helpful staff!
- Breakfast was goofy. Also stuff was also friendly. Location was very good.
Cons -
- The hotel is very noisy and old. There,s not a/c. it, s very bad looking at the entrance
- Decor was simple but it’s ok. It functioned well. We couldn’t work the elevator cause we were noobs so we had to walk up 8 flights of stairs a few times but worth it. There is in fact an elevator but the layout is a bit confusing.
- There was no opportunity for making tee or coffee, one of the lights wasn’t working. The walls were very thin, and we could hear neighbors very well. Expectations and the price were not enough for that condition. Unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel .

Location of the hotel just center of the old town. Breakfast was good. Personal was helpful.
Cleaning should be better. Pillows, sheets and towels are old.
The rooms were dated and not particularly well maintained. The breakfast was very good. The location is great. The Palladium shopping mall is across the street with underground parking. You could walk to Old Town Square in 5-10 minutes.
The carpets are old and tired, the windows were not particularly well insulated and overall the rooms we stayed in were very tired and worn out. The building is charming but the hotel comes very close to being comparable to a hostel.
Location was great and breakfast was acceptable
The room was really cold and there is not kettle electric in the room
Near to old town and breakfast is good
Room service and the isolation is not good
Location, clean sheets and bathroom.
Room was dirty there were spider nets and spiders on the ceiling. There is no slippers. Breakfast was bad. There were stains on towels. Curtain and carpets were dirty.Bizarre bulding, to reach room you should pass through several doors. To reach your room you should go up or down stairs after elevator. Elevator is not on the same levels of building.
The location is great in terms of bing walkable to attractions but super noise at night.
Staff not very friendly, we arrived said hello and were completely ignored until the receptionist was finished whatever she was doing on the computer, this happened at checkin and checkout. Very unprofessional and not welcoming especially in a city buzzing with tourists.
Great location; sparse accommodations; clean room and comfortable bed. Good breakfast
Lacked some amenities and the room was noisy due to the tram lines outside. All in all we made due to. The benefits outweighed the shortcomings
Location
Thin walls, noise, unprofessional staff
The room was big enough for 4 of us, located on the top floor. To get there we had to do some walking as the elevator only goes to 5th floor but we did not mind. The breakfast was good enough. Traditional hotel breakfast usually served in Prague hotels. Some pastry, some sausages, eggs, etc. Coffee, juice, water. The location is Prague 1 which is the historical city center. What else you want? We were satisfied. Stayed for 2 nights while attending the event at O2 Arena. Good bang for the buck.
Location and clean place
Staff was not helpful and low level Breakfast
Super location: next to the Palladium shopping center and Prague Brama/Powder Tower, 20m to metro, 15 min walking distance to Karlov’s Bridge, 10 min walking to Florence bus terminal. Plenty of shopping, coffee and dining, Lidl is 5 min away. Great breakfast! Baggage storage was a huge plus.
A bit noisy at night from nearby club and a tram.No fridge, no air conditioning.
The location is perfect. The bathroom was recently renovated and in good condition
The room was quite old, with worn carpet that looked like it hadn’t been replaced in many years. It seemed like it hadn’t been vacuumed under the beds for a long time, and the floors creaked with every step.
It is positioned in the city centre
Very disappointing stay. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful from the moment we arrived. No one informed us that parking had to be booked in advance, and when we asked for help at the property, they showed zero willingness to assist. The room smelled bad due to the sewage and wasn’t clean. Toilet paper holder fell off the wall and scared us in the middle of the night. Breakfast was underwhelming poor selection, hard and stale baguettes. The staff barely speak and have a visibly bad attitude, sounding annoyed anytime you ask something. I’ve stayed in hotels of all price ranges across Europe and even cheaper ones have treated guests better. This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had. As someone new to the city and coming from across the continent, the least they could’ve done is be polite and welcoming. Never coming back and don’t recommend anyone wasting their money here.
Location and staff was good
We stayed at 6th floor. It’s really hot and not comfortable.
location is perfect.
we didn’t like the carpet and saw insects on the carpet.
Close to city center!
Young travellers a bit loud coming in and out at night, but for value would do again, even with my young kids
