The room was nice and the location was great!

The elevator did not work but we were given a food voucher and a bottle of wine. It was understandable why it did not work.

Location ideal for walking sights. Restaurants nearby to choose a range of styles.

Breakfast needs improvement.

Location is in the city center, about a 5 minute walk from the main square. Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were very nice.

The lock on the bathroom door was broken & I got stuck in the bathroom. My partner managed to get me out. We told the front desk, but they never sent anyone to fix it, so we couldn't close the bathroom door all the way. The bed was very hard (personal preference). We couldn't get extra blankets at night because they were locked, and reception didn't have a key. It costs 20€ extra to check out 2 hours late, which is expensive given the cost of the room & prices in Prague.

Room was very nice, breakfast was good. The location was brilliant, just a walk from everywhere we wanted to go.

No curtain that blocks out light, walls were very thin to outside which made sleeping very difficult

Location was everything! Within walking distance basically everywhere. Reception staff were friendly.

Restaurant and bar were not that nice. Maybe dimmed lights and a happier bartender would’ve improved the experience…Breakfast was really not our cup of tea. Dry and distasteful. Overall experience at the hotel felt more like a 3-star rather than a 4-star. Elevator was out of function which left us walking up and down all those stairs multiple times a day. For us it was okay, but I think it would’ve been good for the hotel to reach out before arrival to make sure we were fit to do so.

Very loud, could hear noise from the public, outside. The lift was out for repairs.

Great location just a couple of minutes walk from old town square. Nice big room with comfortable bed and great shower.Good selection at breakfast.

Lift was out of use for our entire 7 night stay...sign said it was being repaired but there was no evidence of this. Our room was on the second floor and breakfast is in the basement, so it was 150 steps each way!!Staff efficient but certainly not what you would describe as friendly. Towels could have been more thoroughly cleaned. Bizarre light switch arrangement took ages to get to grips with!

Amazing breakfast, great location, in the historical center and close to the subway station. Very big rooms.

Awful smell in one of the rooms. You must take cash to pay the price named on euros. The convertions to CZK isnt good when paying by card.

Good central location

The noise! The hotel seems to be in an area that’s used as a thoroughfare, and the noise is significant all night long. The rooms are very warm and the air cooling doesn’t work in the winter months the, but having the windows open means no sleep due to the amount of people shouting and being very loud all through the night.

Perfect location in the middle of the old town

I was staying at floor 4, and the elevator was not working, so I had difficulty with my luggage. Also, the breakfast was just alright. And some lights in the room were not working.

Karolina, Jirka, Mira and everyone in front desk super nice People. Location is amazing. Breakfast is amazing and lots of delicious options. Definitely would recomend and looking forward to come back.

The room was nice. Two of the many staff were lovely. The breakfast was great!

Most of the staff were extremely unhelpful. The bar closed at 10pm and even as residents we couldn’t sit in it when it was open without eating. The bed was very hard so uncomfortable for me but my husband was okay with it. The lighting in the room was hopeless to work out so we had to have both or no bedside lights on. And one was so dim it hardly did anything.

Well the location was really amazing, it is very close to old town. The rooms were also so big.

Everyone in the comment praises about the breakfast but I thought breakfast is not that good. There should be more cheese options ets. And also the touilet was smelling a little bad.

They took my booking PIN number and made a comment for themselves.The only good thing about the hotel is that it is close to the center.All employees are forced to work, except for the young receptionist who works at night.The rooms are freezing.It is heated with a central heater, but it is not enough.A very expensive hotel for its quality

Excellent hotel, comfortable bed, quiet room and great shower. The location couldn't be better, just a few minutes from Prague's main square. Delicious breakfast with lots of options. I recommend.
