Mosaic House Design Hotel

I loved the aesthetic. Close to the old town square (able to walk to the astronomical clock) and also near public transportation if you don’t want to walk. Comfortable room with the best shower design I’ve experienced in Europe (doesn’t flood bathroom)

Minibar needs a price list. I wish I could have seen the giant mushrooms on the roof but they’re reserved for the penthouse guests.

Great atmosphere. The place felt like a luxury hotel. The cafe that was open early until very late with food and coffee with a cozy feel was great. Also liked that there was a very good restaurant right in the hotel, QQ, which we would recommend.

Temperature control in the room could have been better. You need to ask the front desk to adjust the heat.

Excellent size room with all necessary facilities in room for a comfortable stay. It was great to have the private spa on site to make it that bit more special, library area was also great.

Cups in the room for tea very small. Beds a little high off the ground, but i'm quite short

The design (as an interior architect, that was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel), the location (we were able to walk everywhere in the city), and the cleanliness were outstanding. The service was also excellent: the staff was very kind and welcoming, and we even received small gifts — a glass of prosecco and a package of candies. Overall, the hotel experience was wonderful.

Nothing major — the only small suggestion would be to allow slightly higher room temperatures during extremely cold weather. It was below zero outside, and since the temperature setting was fixed, the room felt a bit chilly for us.

The hotel as a whole was great. From walking in the first day you felt very much at home, it’s quirky and cosy at the same time. The style is just perfect. The reception staff were so helpful. The staff in the breakfast room were all very friendly and attentive. The bedrooms were cleaned superbly each day. Everything about this hotel was top notch, loved it!

That is a cool and cosy hotel , also for families. Friendly staff. Breakfast is super. There's a restaurant and cafe by hotel.

Lovely hotel, staff were friendly, and the place was clean. One to note - The gym is in another hotel around the corner, but this wasn't an issue - it was a very well stocked gym!

Part of the reason for booking this hotel was because of the spa and we thought it would be lovely to come back to after a day walking around the city. The spa is an additional charge though and you have to book it in advance. This may have been clear but we missed it so wanted to flag it to others who may be having similar thoughts!

The dark hallways and the security of the floors.

I didnt like that one lift you had to use your card but the other you didnt have to. Made no sense. The cleaners didnt clean properly. It was dirty. The cleaners stole our card and i had to get another. The bed was solid. The pillows were flat. The windows was dirty.

Beautiful hotel, modern design with a retro feel in some aspects. Spacious room and bathroom, modern facilities, comfortable beds, double-glazed windows so quiet and insulated from cold, black out curtains. Pleasant side street view with hanging sculptural installations. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Cafe was beautiful and relaxing, good coffee, pastries, focaccia sanwiches. The Asian restaurant attached to hotel served delicious food. We took ours to the room so can’t really speak to the ambiance but it was packed so clearly very popular.

Check out was rather slow as only one person was at the desk and the customer took time. At check-in there were 2 people but also took time, however, we didn’t opt for the recommended online check-in which probably would have speeded up the process.

The hotel is located in a perfect location for a short or longer stay in Praha. The rooms are spacious warm.and clean, and the lounge consisting of a library is very pleasant for long chilling stays. We had booked a different hotel coming back from Karlovy Vary, but cancelled that booking and came back to the Mosaic Hotel Praha.

The beautiful relaxed service and atmosphere!

The rooms and common areas had nice design touches, the breakfast buffet was very good, the shared gym was quite useful, I booked a very nice massage in the spa, and the staff was very helpful.

No complaints.

Our stay was wonderful.The hotel premises were very beautiful, the breakfast was rich, and the staff was very kind.The rooms were lovely, with comfortable beds and tasteful décor.The location is quite central, allowing you to walk to the city’s main attractions.We highly recommend it without hesitation.

I would have preferred the room to be a bit warmer, as the temperature was around 22–23 degrees.
