The room was really clean, all the necessary facilities.
If you will get the room over the street you are gonna listen to cars and trams passing by and that's quite annoying while you are sleeping
COSY & CLEAN, comfortable bed, and nice breakfast. Spotlight was pictures of AL QODS in the restaurant with the appropriate music whil enjoying the breakfast ???
A light bad smell on the stairs going to the first floor, and the house keeping should do more efforts about rearranging the bed and cleaning
Big room, comfy bed and sofa
Missing any closet for shirts and other clothes
The balcony was really nice, a little dirty The interior of the hotel was beautiful
The bathrooms should be renewed
We came to Prague for a city visit on the weekend, and for this purpose this hotel was a good choice. It was quite close to the city center area, the rooms were nice and cozy in a historical building. Tram stops were a few steps away. Rooms were clean, and they provided nescafe and some tea with a kettle.
The window overlooked to a very busy street, with trams passing by all night. Since there was no A/C, we had to keep the windows open, which made the room very noisy. A nice treat from the staff was a free set of earplugs though. However, we could sleep well, after walking all day...
Good location
The bed was uncomfortable. The shower had a missing door so everything was getting wet easily. They didn't notify in advance (before paying a NON refundable booking) that we were going to have an entire day without water service due to reparations in the street. They notified once the non-refundable payment was made so that there was no way to turn back. They said the water was going to be off from 8 am in the morning till 23h or before, so we went for a tour in the city. We came back around 20h and we asked if by any means the water service was restored and they told us there was no any water till 24h. We were waiting to 24h to take our shower, but my father tried to use the water just to check and there was actually water service already. So, a little bit of lack of information here.Other than that, they were kind. If you just want to spend the night it is ok. However, I would improve the beds.
Friendly staff, good location and facilities for comfortable stay. Good price for what it offers.
Sometimes electricity went off during late night hours.
only internet.
Too much hot in the room. They did not provide any fan. Rooms are located next to the metro, bus station and open traffic. Could not sleep whole night due to the traffic noise all the time.
Staff are patient and they are very kind to reply your questions before arrival. Quite easy to reach the city center by tram, and for road trip people, it may be better for you to find out some purple parking zone around the hotel instead of using the parking house, but check the Prague parking app in advance.

Bed was very comfortable, walkable to tourist sights
room was presented on booking.com to be a bit more grand than it was...felt a bit empty
Very friendly staff, good location, nice interior
The property is a three minute walk from the tram station.
I was in a junior suite which was two very large rooms. The funny thing was there was absolutely nowhere to put my clothes. There was not a dresser nor a cupboard. There was an armoire full of bedding, and it had two hangers in it, however the hangers were on a hook, so there really wasn't anywhere to put clothes-I hung up a robe on one of the hangers. For the three days I was there my clothes stayed in my case. I did not have the breakfast option when I made my booking so I paid for it one day. It was a tad disappointing for paying 300 Czech crowns-in the western world we would call it a continental breakfast.
The location was excellent with connectivity with city centre
They provided smaller room then booked on the 1st day. Then as compensation provided a suite for the next 2 days. The amenities were not good in the suite room. Electric kettle and most of the lights were not working. Plumbings in the bathrooms were blocked as well. Didn’t felt like a 4 star hotel.
- Very good location- Tram stop nearby- history city easy to reach- Comfortable bed- Very spacious room- Second key card provided upon request - Luggage storage available before check-in- Furnishings are traditional and luxurious- Despite the many negative points (which were mostly just annoying) we really enjoyed our stay in Prague and would say the price of the hotel was fair (we paid around 42€ per person per night)
- Received numerous emails requesting us to submit check-in information online in advance – we completed this process, but were later told the data never reached the system, despite it showing as completed on our end. We had to fill everything out manually upon arrival - Our room number was loudly announced by staff in a full lobby, even though it was already printed on the key card – questionable from a safety standpoint, especially for an all-female group- Most guests who tried to check in at the official time of 3 PM were unable to do so because their rooms weren't ready- One of our two key cards stopped working on the second day and needed to be reactivated. However, reception was unstaffed around 8 PM, and no one responded to our ringing. We had to wait a long time until someone showed up and reprogrammed the card so we could access our room again (we had split up as a group – that’s the point of having two cards...)- No fridge in the room, even though it was a Junior Suite - Silverfish in the bathroom - No shower curtain in the bathroom - Bathroom door couldn’t be locked - A friend’s dust allergy was only triggered during the stay at the hotel – doesn’t speak well for the cleanliness - No monitoring of who removed luggage from the designated storage room- Even after checking out, I kept receiving emails from the hotel system asking me to submit the check-in information – despite having already done so and the trip being overIt kind of felt like the staff was chronically understaffed and sick of compensating for that
Breakfast was extremely good and value for money.
One lamp was faulty and it was taken by the staff to repair, but we never received a replacement lamp
