Location is very good.

our door wouldn't lock for first night; room was right next the elevator shaft, noisy in the morning & night. A sliver fish bug in the bed for the second night in our room. Booked the room for 3 but the hotel insisted to charged extra for the 3rd person.

The location is perfect right between Charles Bridge and Old Town. The place was clean and had a lot of space, better than a hotel in my opinion.

They had to change the locks during our stay and there was not a lot of communication to let us know this was happening.

We like the centralized location in Old Town.

Great central location. Beautiful decoration. Spacious. Kitchen provides option to cook food and save money on restaurants.

Stovetop was not fully functional.

The apartment is really near to the main square. Although the streets were very crowded outside, it was really quiet, and it was perfect to have some good rest.

No Breakfast as it was an apartment but just outside the building there was several places that served breakfast.

It’s an old building, and so are the apartments — or at least the one I stayed in.The toilet had a smell coming from somewhere, but it went away once I let the fan in the toilet run for a while. If I turned the fan off, the smell came back.

Information on how to open the key box. It should be explained that there is a key inside and that the cover needs to be pulled. We tried for almost an hour, and it was late when we arrived, so we couldn’t call for help. The lockbox model is an old one, that’s why.

It was so cold, there was no air conditioning. Also check out time is too early.

Very large, multi room apartment located just a minute away from astronomical clock. Online listing looked good but it was much better in person. Favourite location in our recent 4 country vacation. We loved hearing the street noise from our 3rd floor location knowing that we would block it all out when we closed the double windows.

The location of this accommodation was excellent, right in the middle of the city and close to public transport. Checking in was easy and the staff responded quickly to requests made through the Booking chat.

The apartment got quite warm and we could not leave the windows open during the night because of the noise of the street. The mattress of the larger bed in the room has seen better days and was quite uncomfortable. We ended up using the sofa and the smaller bed in the room instead.

Location is very good, you dont need any transport. I will recomend it.

I think, somethings need to renew to be more fresh. Key has problem too.

Great central location in Old Town. Very comfortable bed and spacious room. Good communication with staff.

There is quite a strong smell of sewage on the ground floor and 1st floor when using the stairs. We were on the 4th floor and did not smell it in our room thankfully Wifi is strong and fast however it constantly disconnects and logs you out. If you are not active on your phone for more than 5 minutes then you have to manually reconnect which is slightly annoying

The apartment was very clean and quite large. We loved it. The staff was accommodating. walking distance, to many places, including the river and tourist sites.

Our apartment opened onto a very busy street for pedestrians. And was directly across from the beer museum, which was actually a pub through the night. It was very loud with people standing outside the pub, smoking and drinking and being very loud. It was hard to sleep, even though they had double windows.We found Prague to be quite expensive and way too many tourists. at times walking down the street was a challenge because of all the people.

Good location and very spacious. We only stayed for 1 night but this place would be perfect for a long stay in Prague.

Room was quite warm and there was no AC therefore we had to use the fan which was very loud to have on at night. Having the window open wasnt an option as the street is quite busy as its right in the old town.

Intermittent odour from bathroom. Bathroom sink very slow to drain - probably needs some drain cleaner. Shower head a little low for me. Also hot water in shower fluctuated from hot to cold.

Amazing location, great value and great communication! We had a small issue with the lock and the host was super responsive and quick about getting the issue resolved. The location was perfect - everything was so nearby and the room was very cute and clean. Would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay – everything was just perfect. The apartment is located right in the heart of Prague, within walking distance to all major attractions. Excellent value for money!Check-in and check-out were very smooth and easy. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped.We’d be happy to return next time we visit Prague!

very central location, really feel a part of the old town atmosphere. The self-catering facilities were clean and had everything I needed for a four night stay.

the room was a little cramped but okay. Block out curtains would have stopped the hallway light shining in. the table was set too high to be useful. a plug would for either sink would have been good.

Very fair price for a comfortable place to stay. It is spacious enough for three people. The location is great: very close to the astronomical clock, many restaurants and stores around, minutes away from bus stops.

Great location in the heart of the old city hub, yet quiet thanks to double windows. Easy to reach and access. Staff were friendly and helpful. Apartment was very clean.

One of the sofa beds with springs wasn’t comfortable for sleeping. Luckily, we were three and the other smaller sofa bed was better. Also, it would help to have some hangers in the bathroom for clothes and towel.
