Location and parking

Air conditioner did not work. Room was very small. Had to wait for gate to open after pushing button several times.

Breakfast was actually very good and has just enough variety for everyone. It was very satisfactory and is worth it. Beds were extremely comfortable. Staff were very nice and friendly. Bathroom is nice, too. Location is good, in a local neighborhood. The hotel generally looks new and is more on the modern side. For the money, It meets the expectations.

Room appeared to have been cleaned on surface level but was not clean. Found few strands of hair in the bathroom cabin. Our room had bugs inside. It is understandable for something to enter. But what is NOT okay is to have multiple visible spiderwebs hanging from the ceiling and in almost EVERY CORNER of the room. Even in the bathroom! The spiders were very big. We had to take care of several big spiders during the middle of the night. This was disappointing and is the reason for the lower score.Free Private Parking is advertised but only in case it is available. If it is full, they tell you to park on the street. And if the street is fully occupied (which it was), you'll have to find a spot yourself. Luckily, the staff was friendly enough to help us find the last available spot which was on the street right in front of the hotel.The cards used to unlock the door have a problem. Some are broken. We had to try multiple times sometimes trying for up to 3 minutes until the chip works so you can enter your room. You have to keep trying until it works.

Stayed there for a second time already!We highly recommend this hotel, and would come again.Everything was perfect, the rooms are well equipped and clean. The breakfast is good, the staff is super friendly!

The location is excellent. Very close to the metro station and good conection to the city center.Near the hotel there's a supermarket Billa.The room smelled clean when we arrived, so no problem with that matter.The breakfast was tasty, but it was exactlly the same everyday. It was fine for our 4 nights stay.

we arrived early and were able to check in right away, which made our day much more productive. The parking area was beautiful and made us feel secure. The metro was right around the corner, and downtown Prague was only about 4 stops. The checkin folks were very friendly, efficient and helpful. The breakfast was great!We'd recommend, and certainly come back!

Close to Metro Station (Line B) and easy access to the shopping mall in Andel and city center (less than 15 minutes)；Rich breakfast

Bath tube is a little bit too small

Everything was great! Spacious rooms, very clean, good breakfast, convenient parking, reliable staff.

- at top 3rd floor room the internet connection was very poor: speed fluctuations, connection drops. The staff responded but effects was imperceptible

Everything is super while our stay. Good staff good clean. Good breakfast. Highly recommend.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to a Metro station. We were able to park our car in the hotel parking lot which was secured by a gate, had video surveillance and it was free of charge. The room was clean and the furniture was ok for a 4 star hotel.The breakfast was ok, nothing amazing, not very diversified, but was a bufet.

Everything was really clean, thank you for that. The apple pie for breakfast was really tasty. With the metro nearby the city center was easily reachable. Free parking infront of the hotel is also a bonus. Praga itself is beautiful and I would recommend visiting with no hesitation.

The location, short trip to both airport and city by Metro. Quiet place. Clean room. Nice staff.

Very basic breakfast. Noice from AC in the room. Almost stop in the bathroom basin.

Nice quiet place to stay. City center easily reachable by metro ca. 15 min. Room was good, breakfast was also good. Free parking was available on the street but also in the hotels own parking lot behind the building. Staff is friendly.

A bit more variety for the breakfast could have been nice.
