- Great, helpful staff. Room very clean with comfortable bed. Even brought us little treats at night! Complementary breakfast had many delicious options. Best of all, great location in old town.
Cons -
- Climbing the stairs
- we were in the third floor with no elevator due to historic nature of the building, bur it was a bit tough.
- The only negative was that there wasn't a desk in the room.

The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The staff was exceptional. The restaurant/bar were also exceptional. We can't wait to come back!
The only negative was that there wasn't a desk in the room.
Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the free water and desert daily!
Great breakfast, comfortable bed
The room is very small and it took a couple of minutes to understand that the entrance is through the restaurant.
Great location with an excellent breakfast!!Great staff!
Street was somewhat loud at times but nothing major
Cossy rooms with comfortable beds, little details like water with limes and a small piece of cake left every day in the room was a plus. Ana from reception was extraordinary kind and helpful. PD: Breakfast was out of this planet! :)
The guy in charge of sitting the clients at the restaurant was rude, guest are asigned with an specific time for breakfast. I arrived 30 minutes later and he was questioning my delay...
Good location.
The tub was so high it was a bit scary to step out while wet. Also the room was small/tight for 2 people with suitcases.
well first thing, the location is fantastic. right in the middle of oldtown, couldn't be better. the beds are comfortable, the water current in the shower is descent. there is a Nespresso coffee maker in the room, and they leave water and some kind of refreshment in the room every day. the breakfast is probably the best thing about the place, great breakfast in a very trendy place, lots of variety and a great way to start of the day, the banana pancakes are extremely recommended
the place doesn't have an elevator , only a tiny one for luggage (and only for small to medium luggage), so if you are staying on the second floor , be ready to climb some stairs (steep ones). the room was pretty small and it shows it age, there was mold in the bathroom, and the water had problem draining in the shower.
The hotel exceeded my expectations. Location was excellent, walking distance to all sites and safe to walk even late at night. The room was quiet, it had everything I needed, and the bed was comfy. There was a fresh jug of lemon water with treats like cake and cookies each day, tea and Nespresso capsules, and a machine was also available in the room. Breakfast was great and delicious, the option to have your breakfast until 4 PM is a plus, it's a bit crowded during lunch time, and a big queue outside waiting to be seated, but as a guest I could skip the queue. The staff, both in reception and restaurant, were friendly and accommodating, always with smiles. There is no available lift as the building is located in historical/old area of Prague, but a lift for your luggage is available.

Location and staff were excellent, the room not so much. Coffee and a small cookie were provided.
The 1st room we were given and couldn't change (no availability) was bad - the bed was up against the wall so one of us had to virtually climb over the other to use the bathroom. The bed itself gave us both backaches and the reading lamps were not functioning. The room was very small and not really roomy enough for a queen bed
The location is exceptional for visiting Prague. We could walk nearly everywhere we wanted to visit. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.
For the first 2 nights we couldn’t use the A/C so we opened windows. The hotel is in a noisy part of town so this was a minor disruption. The stairs can be a challenge but there is a luggage elevator.
The location is excellent, and the breakfast delicious! My room was comfortable and as expected from photos and description. The little niceties, like a pastry, water with lemon and a glass of prosecco, were lovely touch. A big plus for the hotel is all the staff with whom I came in contact with. They were friendly, skilled and guest-oriented. I wish I could have stayed longer.
No complaints
We booked the Superior room which was the size of most American hotels. Breakfast was amazing! Bed was comfortable. Room was very quiet. Location was excellent. Daily service terrific with a lot of extra touches. Air conditioner worked great in the heat wave.
Although our Superior room was excellent, please be aware we saw into some other rooms and they are very very tiny. Although there is a luggage elevator be aware there is no people elevator. It is a bit hard to find in that you have to enter through a restaurant to get to the checking desk.
Good location
No elevator, not comfortable shower
This is an absolute gem (no pun intended) Everything was perfect- bedding, towels, room, facilities. But the most spectacular feature was the breakfast, the best we have ever had and because we are not early risers, we appreciated the opportunity to have it until 16;00. The only thing that could be a problem for some people are the steep stairs and lack of an elevator ( they have one only for the luggage).
Rooms are on the small side but that's to be expected
It is in a great location. The room was very small for three people, and we did hear drunks singing on the weekend a little, but that maybe can't be helped considering it is in a great location. Wife and daughter loved the breakfast, I wish they had had a few simpler choices. Staff was super nice.
The room basically didn't have shower. The water pressure was non-existent, it just trickled out. I thought we paid for a shower. The room was pretty small but clean. There is no elevator, so walking up and down 3 flights of stairs gets old.
Great helpful staff, rooms were clean and the lighting is nice, love the bedtime stories the staff leaves for you. Rooms are okay size and included breakfast is a must! It is very tasty.
Difficult to block out sun in the early morning hours or perhaps I could not figure a way to do so with the curtain setup.
The location was relatively central and accessible to many services and sights. The breakfast was exceptional. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The room was always kept clean.
The room was slightly smaller than expected. The internet disconnected a number of times.
