Great location, comfortable room.

FYI the hot and cold water connections in the shower in Room 3 are connected the wrong way round. To get hot water you have to turn the valve in the direction of cold. This was very confusing!The wifi wasn't very good.

Location, easy check-in, clean and comfortable room

I stayed here again after my trip back to Cesky Krumlov and they allow early check in without question when there is a room. They upgrade us to a larger room with extra bed and it was really kind and lovely. They also helped to bring the larger luggage to room that we have left at the hotel.

In the middle of the night, I hear washing and scrubbing, likely from the toilets above or below and it disrupted my sleep.

Probably a 7 mins walk to the hotel from Mustek Train station lift. Many eatery and shops nearby. There is a kettle in the room. The wifi is good. The heater of the room is adjustable.The reception staff was kind. Free laundry provided when asked but we tip 20 euro as we had a lot of laundry. Toilets have many shelves to place stuff

A bumpy cobblestone road to the hotel if you need to pull large luggage from train station (but it is not the hotel issue)No lift but reception did offer help to bring large luggage to the room.

The property is great. It’s an older building, but it’s in an old part of town. The only issue I didn’t notice before is that, since it’s an older building, there’s no elevator, so the stairs are not really ideal after a long walk. My, the happiest woman, but I mean, on that location, that’s what you expect.

Location close to everything walking distance

The hotel was in the center of the Old Town, everything is close and the staff were very nice and helpful!

The walls were so thin I could hear the floor creaking from the next room

Location was amazing. Walking distance to everything. Staff were lovely. We arrived late and left early. No problem. Restaurant below was lovely. Asked for exyra pillows, accomodated immediately.

No elevator. Not a problem for us, but could be for some.

The location was fantastic, we were almost immediately anywhere within 10-minute walk, and 16-20 minutes to farther locations by public transport. The room was great, with enough space, clean, and equipped. And the reception staff was amazing, helpful and super kind to us.

Location is absolutely perfect and room was very spacious for the two of us (chose a family room), room overlooked Christmas markets!

Slightly hard to find as in the back of an Italian restaurant and can be a little noisy at night but didn't bother us!

No elevator, so if you have luggage carrying it on third floor would be an issue Also my room was opening towards street so alot of noise whole night

The location is absolutely wonderful, could not imagine a better starting point to explore Prague. The hotel was spotlessly clean, well maintained, comfortable and what really positively surprised us was how they gave us fresh towels every single day without even asking. The staff is lovely, helpful and attentive.

The hotel is located in an old building with crazy acoustics which resulted in us not having a lot of sleep since we could hear every single word, step and noise from the lower part of the building. However, it is not the owner’s fault and we are aware they can’t do much about it. We would still be more than happy to stay at this hotel again, we would just bring some ear buds with us.

Close to everything

Very small room, the stairs on the 4th floor was actually really though so for elder person or disabled impossible to get there

No closet or wardrobe in the room. Breakfast was at 8.30am which was too late

The price was outrageous. Very noisy at night because of groups of tourists shouting outside. Reception not open 24/7.

They do mention it, but the walk up 3 flights of stairs at the end of a long day was a killer!Room and bathroom were a little on the basic side, but comfy and cleanI did expect a bit more for the price, but the location can't be beaten.The TV was bolted to a wall, facing totally the wrong way, so was not watchable!

Location was great

It’s hidden behind the restaurant and there is no signage to say where it is. I walked pasted it numerous times not knowing the entrance was in a corridor and up stairs.

The staff was really nice and accommodating

There was only 1 morning that we didn’t have hot water, but we came back in the afternoon it was back on again.

It is clean.

It was not warm, the radiators was not working so guests had to fix themselves.
