Miss Sophie's Charles Bridge

Hotel was in a great location close to hundreds of restaurants and cafes and situated right next to public transportation. Easy access from the train station via Uber/Bolt or tram. The staff is always available and helpful. Buffet breakfast is nice

The loft rooms are a bit unusual with the sloped ceilings making the total area seem much smaller. Portable air conditioning unit is not large enough to keep the room cool during the summer months and too noising for me.

The location is ideal!

Some of the staff was rude. Upon check time they were pretty aggressive about us leaving right away. Even though I let them know that one of my kids was sick and had been up all night, they barely gave us an extra 30 minutes. They were pretty aggressive about us leaving on the dot. They excuse was that the cleaning lady was ready to clean the room when in fact the whole time that we were waiting for our transportation rhe cleaning lady was downstairs having a very animated conversation with the front desk staff.

No common areas to hang out outside your room.

Very close to Charles Bridge, Shrine of the Infant Jesus and Prague Castle just a few minutes walking. You can use the Tram and easy to find a Uber. Also you can find a lot of restaurants and souvenir shops. Very comfortable room and clean sheets.

The breakfast is good, but could be better

It was perfectly located and a great room to share for a small group.The set up for breakfast was fabulous and being able to take it to our room suited our group.

Absolutely loved this place - we had two rooms for our group and both were perfect.The location is great - really close to the bridge but away from all the tourist traps. The room was clean and with loads of space for all of us.

Needs some TLC

Had a little issue with check-in on the first day, but was resolved quickly by staff and even provided us with a letter & a bottle of champagne for the inconvenience. Our room was exactly the room I was hoping for with the beautiful view of the city. Amazing location, unbearable price and amenities as well. Breakfast was included and it was great! Definitely recommend booking Miss Sophie’s if you want a legitimate upscale place to stay with that european charm!

I wish they had more flexibility with checking in prior to 3 pm.

Great location, Good breakfast and amenities. The location is pretty close to major tourist spots with superb connectivity from train station. 24*7 reception works well for both check-in and check-out!! A pretty good stay at a very good location!!!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful – honestly the friendliest I’ve encountered so far. The location was perfect; you can walk everywhere. The room had a great view, and breakfast was decent. I also loved that they offered plenty of complimentary drinks and snacks, plus really good coffee.

I liked everything overall, but since the building is old, it can look a bit dustier than it actually is. The bathroom could be renovated in a more modern style. That said, considering the price and what you get, I’m quite satisfied.

The breakfast was amazing. The presentation, food choices, and overall taste were spectacular. There was even a gluten-free bread option! And it was on the same floor as the room. We literally open our room door, and THERE'S the buffet. The view from the apartment is beautiful, and it's walking distance to everything we wanted to see.

The wifi was weak. It made it hard to watch TV. We had to use our own Hotspot.

Location is perfect to see bridge, museums and castle. I wish we could have stayed another day. The air in the room was a treat and we needed it! Breakfast was delightful and staff was awesome.

Nothing. I wish I pre-planned my arrival and parking before we rolled in. That’s my fault, but front desk was helpful in finding suitable parking only a walk away.

Definitely the location was outstanding, the room was really cozy and comfortable.

Not flexible with the check out timing. They could have allowed the guest to just stay an hour more due to the flight timing.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel perfectly located in the city center. Everything was within walking distance. Our gallery-style apartment was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with a charming street view.Breakfast was excellent, and we loved being able to enjoy it in our room. The complimentary snack in the fridge was a lovely touch, especially for the kids!The staff were friendly and helpful — special thanks to the receptionist and the kind housekeeper who assisted us. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again!
