Excellent location. Clean and comfortable hotel with a very good breakfast selection.

Close to old town on one side and shopping area on the other side!

Hotel is in the center, very easy to reach from subway station. It has exchange office and markets nearby, very close to shopping street. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Also the breakfast was very satisfying

The staff were very nice, and the rooms were clean. The location was good, just a few minutes' walk from the main sightseeing spots.

I was staying at the hotel with my wife and our 4-year-old daughter. During the booking, I mentioned that we needed an extra bed for our child. The booking information stated that if we were traveling with a child, we could request an extra bed free of charge.Unfortunately, after charging us, they informed us that there was no extra bed available and that we all had to sleep in the same “large” single bed. I asked them to cancel the booking, but they refused. At the hotel, they kept saying that they did not have an extra bed, and even if they did, we would have to pay extra for it, despite it being clearly mentioned in the booking that it was free.They suggested that we upgrade to a triple room the next day and pay an additional fee. After paying extra, they moved us to another room with two regular beds and one smaller mattress (which I assume was the extra bed).

The Hotel is very near to old town city center and most attractions places to visit. Also hotel is good to stay

The food was acceptable but can be improved to accommodate international guest to have some choices. And Couple should provide double bed blanket instead of singles.

Mattress is too soft, my back said me "goodbye" after the second night.It was really cold in the room, inspite of the thermostat was on max level

All staff was very kind, everything was very clean and the location is excellent: very close to main attractions, transportations, shops and restaurants!

Location was fantastic. And, to my fellow Americans, they clean the room and make the bed everyday! Even at high-end hotels in the US we don’t get that. The staff was great, speak English well. Very helpful with questions. Oh, they have rooms for more than two people. Nit easy to find in Europe.

Very good location in Prague's old town, very good staff, a lot of breakfast choices, modern room, nice shower.

Our room was facing the road. At nights, it was very noicy from people shouting in the streets etc.

The stay was excellent and far exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the hygiene was of a high standard. The hotel is in a perfect location – within walking distance of the main attractions. The staff were extremely friendly, always smiling and ready to help. The bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay again.
