hotel was just outside the exit for the underground and just one underground stop from the main train station. The morning breakfast had a large selection and was excellent.

The hotel is close to the city center and main Christmas Markets, in addition there are the metro station and the tram stop in front of the hotel. The room was good and cozy.

So clean great location nice and lovely food! Rooms were amazing

Mistakenly an alarm went off on 6 am in the morning all around the hotel. And nobody reached us even for an apology.

So convenient for metro - right across the street but also easily walkable distance from most of the main attractions. Good soundproofing - no noise from metro/streetGood choice at breakfast

Modern, new hotel with big and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is extraordinary, 15-20 minutes walk to the Old Town, public transport also available. Close to the main bus station but the area is totally safe, no shady people around. I recommend this hotel!

The breakfast was great. For the weekend they serve sparkling wine. Good choice of food and fresh. The room was good, but the wall was dirty, they can at least clean it... also in this time of the year was cold, and damp in the room, 2 days we tried with AC, but AC is not worming.. we asked for the heater, but still got sick. Staff at the reception was friendly and helpful with everything, they also checked us in earlier. The beautiful bonus is location of the hotel and location of our room as well. Also we like coffee machine in the room, housekeeping was doing well and refilled everything.

Pillows are uncomfortable... We might be back to this hotel. But not in the high season, it was overpriced

The staff was very friendly, the service excellent. At breakfast, apart from a good selection of dishes, I particularly liked the daily smoothie variant.

Close to public transport and high quality for a good price. Great breakfast. We had a triple room, 3 single beds which was perfect. Very comfortable and quiet despite our room facing the main road.

Nothing, it's great

Very clean and stylish hotel, nice staff, prime location and great breakfast. Complementry umbrellas for rainy days were a nice gesture, Although there were building renovations in front of our window in the inner part of the hotel it was worth it.

Price was too high even for the Chrismas season and although we booked in the last minute the next night we booked was even more expensive. The executive room that was left for us did not justify the extra price.

They could improve their pillows.Our first night wasn’t nice because they accommodated us in front of a building site and it was super noisy, then I spoke with them and they changed us for another suite.

Everything’s was perfect. The staff is really friendly and helpful, the room was super clean and spacious. Hotel is located right next to the metro, bus and trams stations so it is very convenient.

The outside was a bit noisy so keeping the window open during the night is not an option. The airconditioning system works very well with the thermostat that you can control, so not a big issue.

Clean rooms, nice gym, a lovely decor, we liked the eco friendly nature of the hotel. Great breakfast, my little one loved the pancake machine. Lastly location is excellent tram and metro or in front of the hotel. Lots of shops, cafe and restaurants near by, so easy to get around.

There is only 1 toaster at breakfast time which lead to queues at busy times.
