    Pros +

    • The bed.
    • room was clean, but quite small
    • Our room was surprisingly quiet given the neighbourhood, and it was an easy walk to many restaurants and shops, but in particular the railway station which was the main reason for choosing this hotel. I really liked the decor; it was fresh and contemporary, with little splashes of colour and pattern. The bathroom and shower were great. The staff were friendly enough.

    Cons -

    • The toilet paper was behind the toilet, making it very uncomfortable to grab, the bathroom had a very bad smell it was very unpleasant.
    • bathroom was very small, i dont think large person would fit there comfortably
    • Every time we mentioned where we were staying to a local, they were horrified. The area has many immigrants from Africa and the Arab countries. But we rather liked this. Also we found the Africans with their vegetable markets and the Lebanese and Iraqi restaurants were excellent. I didn't like the foyer; it had no sense of arrival, or importance. Certainly no presence. We were never sure if someone was actually at the desk and there was no security evident. The foyer doubled as the breakfast area, hidden only at night by a flimsy screen. Odd really when you think about it. The beach, port and old town were a 15 to 20 minute walk.

Location, staff, cleanliness of the room

The TV was somehow not working and it was complicated to fix because the technician was not available. But the staff offered a free breakfast and that made up for it.

The location was great near the public transportation and there were many nearby restaurants of reasonable prices . The staff was very kind. Cleaning of the room was daily and perfect. The hotel is three stars but the service was five stars.

For the price, I was pleasantly surprised. The bed was very comfortable, the room very clean. I was suprised with how spacious it was for one person.

It is a 20 minute to the beach, but if you are using Nice as a base and using the train it's in a great location.

The staff were very helpful though. Great location.

The layout of the room was such that there was no space between the bed and the wall to get through with the luggage, very inconvenienIt is definitely not a 3-star hotel .

Clouse to the train station. Nice but very very small room. There is no garage.

    7MichelePosted on: 6-3-2025

Room was ok, tad small, but fine for me for one night.

Toilet and bathroom absolutely too small for a bigger person. Hairdryer just worked a couple of seconds, then shut down again and that did go on like this. It was fine overall for me for one night, but wouldn't recommend for a long stay.

I liked the proximity to Nice Ville Station. The room was very small, but satisfactory for my 1 night stay.I liked that there was a fridge.

I could not find a kettle!

    7DianaPosted on: 4-27-2025

It was very close to the Central Station, which was very important for us. We also found everything nearby, stores, supermarkets, bakeries, everything one could need. Close to the city centre also, approximately 15 minutes walking.

The room was very small, smaller than in the description, the bathroom was incredible small, without any source of ventilation. You could feel the moisture in the room and in the bathroom was a very unpleasant smell because of it. The towels were always wet, they were never properly dried out. We were there for 5 nights, so this was really a major discomfort for us.

The location of the hotel was great. Just across the road from Nice Ville train station.

The breakfast area was a bit basic and there was not a wide choice of breakfast options.

Superb location - close to the train station and all the sights in Nice. The hotel was clean, room was spacious and beds were comfortable. We packed a lot in to our trip so did not stay in hotel for long periods of time but served us well and if returning would rebook

Breakfast was okay,if you can provide some sausages, ham,and bacon

    7GreenePosted on: 4-1-2025

Location was very good train station was close and shops and restaurants close by

    9MilicaPosted on: 3-29-2025

First I have to say that room was very clean, they changed our towels everyday and also they changed our sheets 1x (we stayed 6 nights). Hotel is in great location, near one of the main streets Av Jean Médecin, and 5 min to train station. Only suggestion that we had is that there is no enough wardrobe hangers in closet, and also towel hangers.

    8NefeliPosted on: 3-26-2025

The location is good, next to the train station and few minutes walk from the central street. The tram is nearby as well. Food, restaurants and everything you need few minutes walk.

Very tiny room for 3 people. Also the toilet is super small. If you are not a tiny person, you cannot move around easily.

    5ElizabethPosted on: 3-21-2025

Had some queries about security when reception desk was unmanned.

Too small, no cupboards with doors. Height of hanging rail too high for person of average height.

    8XinliPosted on: 3-17-2025

The reception staff are very friendly and always reponse on time. Location is super convenient to go anywhere just by walking. I like this hotel very much

You can hear lots of noisy from neighbour room. This is the only point i dont like

    7KelwenPosted on: 1-9-2025

The location was amazing, near a shopping mall, restaurants, you pretty much can walk to most of the good stuff, including the beach.

There was some big molds in the walls and signs of water infiltration that doesn’t seem to be new, at least six months old. Which could be temporary eliminate with a patch, at least till you have a restoration planned.
