Spacious, good service, good cleaning, convenient restaurant in lobby. Very convenient to tram service that can take you to downtown or to airport.

Restaurant closed on weekend! And not a great neighborhood to find food.

We were absolutely satisfied with our choice, I can hardly imagine better value for money! The room was big enough with sufficient storage, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Breakfast exceeded our expectations, and we also had dinner in the restaurant twice which was great. The stuff was always nice and helpful, and we really had everything we needed for our 4 night stay.I think many people give low rating because of the location, since it's not central, but we loved how easy it was to move around with a tram stop just 1-2 minutes walk, and train station connecting other spots on the riviera only 20 minutes away. It made our trips to Menton and Monaco super easy. Also, the airport is not far.If we're ever visiting Nice again, this hotel would be my obvious choice!

I was a bit disappointed when I couldn't find a hairdryer in the room, but you can just borrow it from the front desk, so it's just a little inconvenience and I didn't mind.

The breakfast was disappointing for the price. Nearly no vegan options. After two days there was no vegan yogurt anymore. Only oatmilk and oatmeal for 29€ Roomservice didn’t fill up the coffee capsules 5 times in a row. Very high parking fees! 35€ for 24h

The restaurant was not open the Friday Saturday and Sunday that we were there.Apparently it doesn't open on weekends. Ridiculous considering the name of the HotelSome staff were unpleasant/arrogant

Very small room, smell like corridors were connected to the sewers, no option to open the windows, poor breakfast.

Compate to the pictures the room was very small, worn out. It was ok for one night stay.

Buffet was nice

Our original room was very small - much smaller than the images showed. Ended up getting another room that was bigger and the first night as we complained.

The hotel was quite nice and near the tram station. Well except for public transports issues, our stay was really nice and pleasant there.

The fact that it is quite far from the city centre and that there are no supermarkets nearby except for an Action about 2 tram stops from their. I also didnt like the fac that it was the last tram stop so if you wanted to go to old port you needed to do the whole tram line which was about 50 mins to 1 hour.
