    Pros +

    • The balcony is a great spot to sit in the evenings with a glass of rose. The kitchen was good too.
    • We arrived about 9 am and our room was ready. The beds were comfortable and the shower was really nice and clean. The location was alright, about 15 minutes driving to the airport and about a few minutes to the water. the refrigerator and the freezer work perfect. The roof top was great for drinking and enjoying the city view.
    • Close to transportation, clean, close to all stores

    Cons -

    • Could have use some kitchen towels to dry dishes and some paper towels for clean up.
    • Stay far away as possible.Booking said they provide parking. Once we arrived the woman behind the counter told us they don’t have any parking available and that we should call them to book the parking separately. Also we had to pay more as the booking price stated. The room was okay, if you don’t count that the sheets had stains on them. Also there was 4 of us, they only gave us 2 sets of towels. When we adressed the issue they didn’t believe us and mockingly told us to check every dresser (we did).If you want to enjoy the balcony, the only nice balcony is shared with others, the one u get has set from junk yard.We also decided to have breakfast (all you can eat for 17€), it was all one big sadness. Not worth the money. When we left the hotel they also charged us more for some “extra services”. First they said they charged us for breakfast and city tax (which we paid upon the arrival), then they said it was all breakfast. Overall the numbers just don’t add up. Never gave us any receipt with broke down prices of services. Security guy was nice!Other staff was arrogant. If you don’t want to get scammed stay away.
    • There is a school close to the hotel room and too noisy during the weekdays, even though the doors were closed. There were two full beds attached to each other but that crack between the beds is too annoying. The freezer needs to have ice cube containers. We didn't like the curtain hanging by the glass door in the bathroom because of sanitation issue.

We did not take breakfast at the hotel as we had a small kitchenette so we did our own thing. The room was great, no complaints. The location was ideal, close to the beach, and easy access to grocery shops. Onsite laundry was convenient but there are several around the corner as well.

We were there for 6 nights but they limit extra towels unless you pay a fee... A "self-service closet" like the chain Citadines offers would definitely be something for management to think about and would be a huge improvement. We never saw anyone 'overuse or abuse' the privilege in the three locations of the Citadines we stayed in on this trip. We saw it as a nice touch for your guests and I am sure staff would like it as well.

Super clean and LOTS of cabinet/wardrobe space for 2 people. Felt very safe with the access code needed after 10pm and 24 hour front desk. Appreciated the air conditioning and access to laundry as well. It was about a 30 minute walk from the main areas of Old Nice

Not enough toilet paper given and one time when we asked for more, we were told to just take some sheets from the reception toilet. Hot water in the shower was out a couple of times.

Great location, parking and rooms. Very nice place to stay.

    9JoycePosted on: 9-13-2025

Our room was most efficient! Little kitchen with a dishwasher too! It had a balcony with two chairs. There was a rooftop area that was covered and really nice! It had laundry which was great!

I liked the breakfast, but thought it was too much money for what was offered!

The location is excellent! Very close to the beach and transportation.

The refrigerator didn’t fit properly into the cabinet. My daughter couldn’t open it. It was difficult to open and close it. Also, cleaning the room could have been more frequent. AC stopped working during the last night, which made it impossible to sleep during that heatwave.

    7PennyPosted on: 6-14-2025

Location was good. Very close to cafes and restaurants. Short walk to the promenade. Having a fridge and microwave was great and rest of kitchen supplies,

The AC worked but not quite cool enough. The beds were very uncomfortable! Too hard woke up sore, pillows needed to be replaced as well. That’s only reason not getting excellent reviews.

The apartment was much bigger than I expected. It was stocked with everything I could need during my trip. The solarium on the roof was a great place to unwind at the end of the day. The staff were all friendly and helpful. They were able to accommodate an early check-in and held my luggage when I checked out. The location is an easy ride to downtown/old Nice but also close to the ocean if you want less crowds.

The rooms were a little dusty and dated, but it wasn't a problem

    9AllisonPosted on: 4-27-2025

We had so much space in our one bedroom suite. We wanted a kitchen so we could eat in occasionally, and the ,apartment‘ has everything we could want.

The elevator was really slow and we were on the seventh floor. Also, I understand sorting your garbage, but maybe offer a way to sort in the room so you don’t have to go through it all at the end.

    Location was fabulous.

We were at the front of the hotel and some nights (Saturday especially) it was noisy - motorbikes racing up and down.)

    7BrettPosted on: 4-18-2025

Decent size, decent shower and separate toilet. Nothing to dislike. We sat in breakfast one morning and tried to work out why we were a bit apprehensive about booking this option and decided the name "Residhome" was the problem. In the UK a residential home is a senior citizens retirement home and Residhome just gives off the vibes of being exactly that in name.

Foibles as dislikes. A walled plug socket was very loose and the sofa seemed a bit "tired". It depends how you are travelling but I'd rate the location as passable if you are OK walking around, but some might find 25 minutes to the station too much.

Friendly staff, they upgraded my room, thanks a lot

    Room was a bit hot

The hotel was comfortable and clean, the cleaner was very polite and cleaned the room to a satisfactory high level. She was very polite at all times. Sadly, this was not the same experience with other members of staff, especially on the front desk throughout our stay . The night time, security staff acted professionally and was accommodating when we entered the building after 10-00. curfew time. We have never stayed at a hotel before that requires you to empty your hotel room bins pror to checkout with a possible fine imposed if you don't. We are dog lovers ,but we draw the line when residents allow their dogs to bark constantly throughout our stay (especially during the night and early mornings) . This is not a hotel that we will visit again.

    7PaulinePosted on: 4-5-2025

Location excellent for restaurants, promenade, the room we were allocated had a flickering bedside light & door leading onto the balcony wouldn't always shut tight resulting in roadside noise at night. Was reported at checkout.

Excellent location for the beach and tram link to the airport. Our room was not exactly an apartment but had a built in kitchen area with all utensils and facilities, a microwave, fridge, a table with chairs etc. There was enough wardrobe space for two people and a small balcony allowing you to get fresh air into the room easily. Overall, considering we were in the off peak season month of march, we got great value for money on the price and would book again.

We were on the first floor with the balcony facing the road and sometimes it got noisy with traffic at night. There were no seals in the bathroom shower unit and water leaked onto the floor. The bathroom had poor lighting which made it difficult use the mirror.

    10AnastasiiaPosted on: 3-26-2025

Location is very good, close to main promenade and tram/bus stops. Railway station is 25 minutes walking. Groceries and bakeries are also a few minutes walk.Room itself was very good, not too small, clean, good view, good facilities. We were very satisfied with our stay in this place. Top roof terrace is additional big plus.
