The location to local restaurants and Old Town, Nice center was great.

Slightly rough around the edges. Bathroom towels had a few stains, the facility in general could use a little cleaning/paint freshening TLC.

Very clean and comfortable! Great location downtown Nice. The breakfast in the courtyard was so lovely and delicious.

Central location, quiet rooms even though street was busy and loud. Self check-in allows maximum independence and flexibility.

We chose this place based on the glowing reviews. While the location is terrific and the decor is charming, I wish I had understood a few things better. The “2-bedroom with alcove” meant that one bed was in the alcove and it was hardly a “room”: I had expected that “2-bedroom” meant two bedrooms with doors. Maybe it should be called a “1-bedroom suite”? The bathroom was accessed through the main bedroom. It was ok for us (a couple traveling with a teenager), but it was not ideal and might not be a good choice for a different group. I also wish the arrival instructions had been more clear that the hotel is on a fully pedestrian street. It may be that most guests arrive in a taxi from the airport, but as we were driving we would have made some different choices about parking.

The breakfast was very good and delivered promptly. The location is in the centre of the city. The furniture is functional. The one room apartment (number 9 on the third floor) represents good value, is secure and quiet despite being on a busy bar / restaurant area.

The bed is located on a loft within the apartment and is reached by a stairwell of very small steps which are very steep and precarious. I would regard the stairs as a health and safety risk.

Great location, close to Port and walking distance to main sites. Easy access to airport via public transport. Apartment was available even though we arrived early. Breakfast spread was lovely. Beds super comfy. Staff friendly and helpful. Gorgeous flat. Lockers and downstairs shower room greatly appreciated due to later flight.

Only downside was the bath tub which was difficult to get in and out of plus no screen. Would have preferred a shower. Had the option to use the downstairs common shower room.

We had a great stay at this apartment. The location was perfect - it was easy to walk to where we wanted to go, and close to public transport options.The decor was lovely and the apartment had everything we needed - even a teeny washing machine (much appreciated!)There were many dining options just below the apartment - we had a lovely dinner at the fish restaurant Peixes, and easy breakfasts at Clay.Do make sure you have received and read (!) the login details before you get to the keypad, and have to stand in the rain trying to figure it out!!

The bed and pillows were not so comfortable for us - but of course that depends on what you are used to!

Location is very central for the old city, port, beach, access to rail. Once the check-in was done, access was very easy.

A few more utensils and coffee pods would have improved the experience. There is no shower, but the common one on the ground level did the trick. It might help to provide a shower curtain for the tub on the main level.

Nearly perfect. Clean and spacious room. Mini washing machine is very useful for travelers.

It takes about 20m to the beach.

We were totally delighted with the location. We had been traveling all night so it was quite wonderful to go into three clean, cool, well decorated and comfortable apartments. The beds were very comfortable as well, we all slept so well.

We did not get our breakfast.

We really appreciate the lockers and the shower&toilet facility. Even if you arrive early and/or leave late after checkout, it’s incredibly helpful to use those since the location is pretty convenient. Also the interior design and garden design were above my expectations!

Street is very noisy at night

The room is very clean, tidy, and spacious. What's worth mentioning is the excellent location, surrounded by many highly-rated restaurants. On the day of check-out, we even met the landlord, who surprisingly speaks Chinese fluently. Both my girlfriend and I agree that we would love to stay here again next time we visit Nice. It was a very enjoyable accommodation experience!

It’s spacious and right in the middle of an happening street. It’s also as the photos suggest, and there’s no stairs, and an elevator.

Unfortunately, there was a bar with very loud music until 1am next door. You could hear everything, and we couldn’t sleep, which is the main purpose of a place to stay, so big fail here given not enough was invested in sound proofing. We could hear people talk on the street!
