Easily walkable from the train station which was nice. Also close to the beach and a lot of restaurants so location was great. The room was spacious and the neighborhood quiet.

There was someone else's underwear left in a blanket that I used - didn't see this until the morning. Gross. Wi-Fi was intermittent at best. The bathroom needs updating - shower base had cracked tiles and it was small, with the curtain then sticking to you periodically. Also a sign in the elevator saying no eating or drinking in the hotel rooms - would have been good to know this before booking.

Location was fantastic. Easy check in and check out. Nice sized bathroom. Staff was helpful. Clean.

Room was a little tight for space for 2 people, a mini fridge for storing beverages or fruit would be a great addition. Shower needed attention as would not drain well

The staff are discussing, they don’t respect women, and they ruin our staying. Also since day one we hat a toilet flooding and they do nothing about it

Constant noise from other rooms due to thin walls. Everything could be heard from morning to night (steps from room above, water running from both sides rooms, music, talking, doors opening and closing …) I was unable to sleep even after midnight because of the noiseI couldn’t enjoy Nice or do anything as I wake up very tired from lack of sleep. This stay caused extreme discomfort and frustration

Great location, close to both beach/boardwalk and old town. The room was clean.

Location in a silent neighborhood.standard breakfast . Rooms are ok . Clean washroom but small in size especially the bathing area .nice staff . Reception area was nice .

It was the most exciting experience. The staff that assisted , Mr. Alexander is the most amazingly, professional, supportive, helpful, gracious gentleman I met during my travels. He even arranged transportation for me from the train station and to the airport. He made my stay at the hotel a unique, delightful experience. The hotel is absolutely great and excellent. In the very heat of Nice, a few steps away from the downtown and business area, absolutely clean, comfortable, totally accessible both walking and by bus, trains or taxi. It’s only a few steps away from malls, luxury stores, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, parks, plazas, gift shops, and produce markets. The beach is not too far if you decide to walk, the neighborhood is totally safe, and elegant. It’s an amazing place to stay.

I can’t think of anything I disliked . It was the perfect place for me. The positive experience is unforgettable.

The room was old and smells very bad. The bathroom door was uncomfortable. In general the room condition was poor and reminds cheep hostel.

Conveniently located. Definitely a bit older and a remodel (no plugs in bathroom) but very comfortable and nice staff.

The room had toilet with bidet bar which was a surprise as this is not in case in all the European countries.

The staff didn’t deal properly with a theft case, I left 9€ coins in the room, then didn’t find them, asked the reception but said no one found anything! Although it is a small amount but it is about the concept

The room was clean and comfortable. The train station is in max. 10 walking distance. Great location down-town Nice.

We enjoyed the hotel - it was clean and roomy, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is great - 5-6 blocks to the beach, and a few more blocks to Old Town. You can park in front of the hotel to check on and unload, then parking in garages is 3-4 blocks away, both towards the beach and away from it.

The breakfast had a nice variety of delicious pastries, breakfast items, and delicious fancy coffee

Excellent location, easy to get to and from the airport via tram system, short walk to the Promenade. Breakfast was good.

The room was very small, but had all the amenities.

This hotel is well located, close to the water and the old town. The breakfast was excellent, with a full selection of hot dishes, fresh fruit, pastries, and great coffee. It was also convenient to have an elevator for the luggage. The staff were all lovely and welcoming.

The room felt quite dated and had a noticeable smell of mold. The bathroom swinging doors were missing one side and clearly needed repair. The air conditioning was an older wall unit without a remote or temperature control, which added to the outdated feel. The bed was quite firm, and the cleaning was very basic—not as thorough as expected.
