Adagio Nice Promenade Des Anglais Aparthotel

Spacious room, sea view, quiet location, kitchen

Room maintenance, dated furniture

This Hotel is located across from the Nice Rock beaches.

This hotel is not close to a four star property and we would not have stayed here if we knew the quality of the property. The reviews in my opinion were way to favorable for the reality of the hotel conditions.

the kitchen-especially the dishwasher. what a nice surprise! staff were fabulous. so friendly and helpful.

all good.

Not much except that it is located right in front of a bus stop and across the street from the beach.

They did not clean my room once during my entire stay. The staff was reluctant to provide services such as providing extra towels or changing coins to bills. Not something I would expect at any hotel, nontheless a 4 star hotel.

Quiet, ocean front, staff, motorcycle parling, amenities, dark room, near supermarket

Matress could be better

Location and friendly staff . size of apartment .

The sofa cum bed was not great . Unit 706 .

The location is fantastic--you only need to cross the street to get to the beach. There are a number of restaurants within easy walking distance, along with a grocery store, patisserie, and boulangerie. Our apartment was very large.

The dishes in the kitchen were dirty. The coffee maker had mold growing in it. The shower had no water pressure. Our sofa bed was broken and did not get fixed until our last night. Something from the floor above us leaked into our room, making a huge mess in the hallway in our apartment. And there is no on-site parking, despite the description on Booking.com saying there is. Instead, you must park at one of the private lots/parking structures, which are all at least a block away from the hotel.

Close to promenade

It was not clean, poor breakfast

Very comfortable, clean, and spacious apartment with large balcony. The location is excellent, right in the middle of the Promenade, with many options for strolling around. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The sofa bed in the apartment is not very comfortable for sleeping.

The only thing good about the property is its location.

The room was filthy and smelled terrible. They tried to offer a different room, but it was also filthy.

Location is spectacular! Stunning view of the Mediterranean.

Charge for clean towels . Seems like this should be something as basic necessity on vacation.

Location - staff - young Lady at the breakfast weekday is very helpful and hardworking

Room Cleaning / towel changing every 7 days - should be 3 days

The view was amazing. The staff, especially Gerome at the front desk, were very helpful and polite. It was very convenient to have laundry facilities on site, and the rooftop lounge area was a nice place to relax.

The lighting in the kitchen area was inadequate, but it was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise very pleasant stay.

Lousy.

Bad area- pot smoking everywhere - not clean- very rundown

Don’t stay here!

Staffs told me to clean the kitchen , switch off, trash out by myself , if not then will have to pay around 65 euros , it‘s so weird why do we need to clean and do something bullshit like this outsell , it‘s a hotel! Check at photos I sent to you! They asked for 200 euros for deposit, so annoying!!!

The area and staff were very friendly

Curtains that didn't fit purpose as they didn't close or black out sun toilet paper not adequate would like welcome pack it would be very much appreciated

Staff were all fantastic, couldn’t do enough for us. We stayed there 10 years ago before the kids came along. Our only disappointment was 2 days of our stay the hot water was turned off from 9-5pm due to maintenance works on water network, there were signs up to warn of it happening ahead of time but it was still inconvenient with having the two young boys .The view, fantastic, my only criticism would be the living room window/onto balcony needs curtains because of a night, that room was still too bright A 2 minute walk from 2 amazing bakeries, 2 minute walk from the nearest tram stop that can take you anywhere, 10/15 mins and you’re in the main town or port Or if you’re up for a walk which we did each day the prom isJust amazing

The location of the hotel is very good, about 20 min from the airport by tram, the city center is about 15 min by tram, all the train stations are reachable, most conveniently the Saint-Augustin (Grand Arenas tram stop). It is just by the long promenade of Nice, by the sea. The apartment was very clean, and all the kitchenware were also clean. The apartment itself is a basic apartment, but with all the necessary equipments (kitchen/bathroom). The staff was kind and helpful. The beds were convenient. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay there. I think it offers a good value for your money.

The noise cancelling of the window could be better. We had no problem with it, but the noise of the trams could be disturbing if somebody is a bad sleeper.

Fabulous location, spacious, light & airy apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea.

No AC working in January, only heating, which meant apartment much too hot overnight and road noise much too loud to allow windows to be open. There was a fan but it was very loud.

The location and sea view

The bathroom had drainage issues, No cleaning service except you had to pay, Sofa bed was filthy, sheets were not changed for a 6 day booking except we had to pay.
