Fair location, no problems at the check-in. I was able to leave my luggage before the official check-in time, which allowed me to explore the city, then come back to complete the check-in process. Nice welcome at the reception.

The shower is not designed well, the water may overflow outside of the shower area. Also, you can consider skipping the room with balcony option.I had a view on the opposite side of the building, looking over the buildings complexes instead of the street that the hotel is at. See the image attached in the review. Perhaps I should have payed more attention to the booking selection and choose a different option.

amazing location, friendly staff, having ac was a savior

The location was great. Short walk to anything you could need & 10 minute walk to the beach. Hotel offered beach towels and umbrellas to use which was helpful. AC unit in room worked well.

Extremely noisy. Could hear the people next to & above us all day. Walking sounded like stomping we were woken up from it multiple times. Elevator stopped at half floors so we had to drag our suitcases down a flight of stairs to the room. Floors in the room were dirty. Small shower with only a curtain but no lip so water got everywhere in the bathroom despite our best attempts. Only one charging outlet in our room worked.

No refrigerator in the room, space is fairly small but decor and furniture was very comfortable

Dust all over the wardrobes. Could be that the cleaning ladies are little and can't reach on to some spots.

The hotel location is in walking distance to the center and the beach, the staff is very helpful and friendly, great experience for the price i paid!

Great location, secure, clean, balcony,

Small shower, no iron in room, small tv, very loud guests.. hearing doors slam. I did not sleep well each night there due to guest noise. They have signs to lower your voice, but I literally heard everything- room doors are loud to close..

The location was perfectThe staff was very nice and kind the room didn't have kettle and we ask and they give us kettle with cups and tea bags.

The hotel is near everything in a foot range

Our room was on the street side and unfortunately-on Saturday night- there were some drunkers until late (Bar at 50m). The air extraction system is in the bathroom really loud and requires to keep the door closed

The staff give us an email to explain how to get the property by public transport or by foot which help us to save the money and time. I hope all the hotels will do this kind things.

I recently stayed at H33, for 7 nights and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The service was great, with Michelle, at the reception going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing a level of comfort that mostly met our expectations for a budget hotel.The amenities were more than adequate, as we requested with kitchen access and the location was convenient for exploring the area. Overall, H33 offered excellent value for money, making it a perfect choice for budget-conscious travelers seeking reasonable service and comfort. Highly recommended! ?

The location is very good and the staff is friendly and helpful

Rooms were very small. The bed had no headboard and the duvet was only covered on one side with a sheet. It felt dirty to know others slept with the same duvet. Don't get me wrong it wasn't visibly dirty but one sheet underneath is just poor in my opinion

Booked this last minute as a back up from having a bad experience with another hotel, was nice to be welcomed by the staff with a smile and a room upgrade. Room was lovely, comfortable bed and a cute little balcony *perfect to sit out on during a thunderstorm that night

Hotel was clean, room spacious and staff very friendly ! Good location, close to the old town and couple of minutes walk from the tram stop. Nice view from room! The only negative would be the smell from the bathroom drains.

ALL PERFECT! Really everything was so good, all facilities, decoration, cleanliness, staff, smooth check-in, and located in the best part of nice in almost the most beautiful city with best access to the sea and everything!So much better than the photos! Elevator for the luggage. Kettle per request, more blankets per request, good wifi, A lot of place to put things, nice and big toilet and veryyyy clean, nice and good smell liquid soap, also almost everywhere they remind you of our beautiful planet and a sustainable travel which I love! Staff are all sooooo kind! We extended our stay for 4 more nights!So reasonable price and almost the best you can find in Nice!

The hot water arrived slowly a little bit.

Perfect location, great neighbourhood. The room was clean, the twin bed was small, but comfortable. The bathroom is convenient with nice fresh towels. People working at the reception were kind and helpful.

This is a tight and tiny hotel, the corridors are insanely narrow, the rooms are like shoeboxes. There is no central heating. We used the AC for heating, but it wasn't very successful. It was noisy and couldn't heat up the whole space.

The reception and cleaning staff were very polite, friendly and always available to help..
