The hotel was very close to the Nice Ville train station so a taxi wasn¿t needed.

Cleanliness was a problem. The bathroom in particular. Mold on bath tiles and long hair on floor next to shower. All hotels should at least be clean, but especially one that charged as much per night as this hotel did.

People were really friendly, location was great since I had to use the train everyday. Breakfast was simple but nice.

Which they had more food variety for breakfast.

The location is good, really close to the trian station. There are also a lot of restaurants nearby.The room was clean and the bed was confy.One good thing is that they can keep your luggage for free if you stay at the hotel ?

The bathroom was smelly You could hear everything from the hallway.If you leave the window open is really noisy

Good hotel, cleaning and fresh towels every day, excelllent location near train station exceptional for daily trips to Menton, Monaco, Antibes...

The onlly thing that i didnt like is poor communication with the stuff before comming.. The answered my e-mail 10 days after...

The room was good, the location was great, everything was clean.The hotel building was nice.

we only had one towel and we were in two and there was no small fridge to keep our water cool.

The staff was kind and accommodating. Some of the decor was interesting.

The location, the price and we were only there for a few hours since it was a desperate situation, in which we were stranded with no place to go at 2 a.m. in Nice.

Close to train station and main pedestrian/public transportation line. Quiet, clean.

Hotel is on a very good location,near the train station and near the city sights/centre. Personel was very nice and polite.We could left our luggage in the storage and picked it up later.

There was no hot water to take a shower.The lady on the reception offered us another room to take a shower,that was very nice from her,but the other room also didn’t have hot water-some malfuction happened.

Messaged ahead after booking the recommended double room through booking.com and room was small and older decor than pictured. Had messaged ahead to request a cot and got there to no cot and room too small to situate a cot. Went to speak to reception and got quite an agitated response. We felt uncomfortable and ended up booking elsewhere as the member of staff repeatedly kept saying it was a problem to move rooms and just didn’t get a good vibe

We wanted to be near the train station.. so it was perfect for us.. but if looking for “pretty” then this is not the place.

No wifi in room.

- Well situated, near the city centre, restaurants and shops.- Next to train station.

- Very shabby and in need of a serious refurbishment.- No lift.- Very basic room facilities.- They charge us an extra 10€ for our dog at the checkout even though when we booked and at the check-in this extra fee was not mentioned.

Didn't try the breakfast, but the room was simple and tidy, also quiet for sleeping.Nothing too fancy, but overall worked well.

The toilet door didn't really stay closed.Not really closet space, for us it didn't matter, but maybe for someone who stays for more that one night.

Location was great and staff were helpful.

The room was badly thought out - there were no plug sockets near the mirror. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. There was noWindow in the bathroom and ventilation was not that strong

Good affordable option in Nice near train station. Basic with separate bathrooms, but good enough for short stays.

It's the second time we've stayed there over the years.Staff has always been great.

I made a error in booking. It was easily corrected.I wonder if we would have gotten a balcony room last time if I didn't make the error.
