The room was spacious, thoughtfully decorated, and looked out onto a treed, leafy courtyard.

Really, it was just right.

Location was very central. Price was good. Shower/bathroom modern and clean.

Nobody at reception when I arrived - waited for approx. 10 mins. No bottles of water but shop was close by

Ok so the room was spotless with a great selection of towels replaced daily, the room looked like it had been redecorated within the recent past , the air con was superb which was / is very important as anyone will tell you at the height of summer especially for a great nights sleep , which was complemented the beds mattress which was great , just the right level of support .... most pleasing ..leading too a most refreshing nights sleep Well done ! Good speedy Wi-Fi connection

Not a hotel for the disabled either because of the small lift to the upper floors or the hotel stepped entrance, something which did not directly effect me but being somewhat over weight it was rather clear that very overweight folk might have a problem in the bathroom with space around the toilet and indeed getting in and out of the shower which had a fixed side screen , the one and only rather small lift had its issues , it failed on a few occasions but was soon fixed , upon exiting the lift on the various floors it was clear that the communal areas are in need of redecoration / refurb No English sat T.V channels

Perfect location, excellent room, no carpet, clean, modern, comfortable bed perfect.

There was no boiler to make a cup of tea.

The bed was very comfortable, could not hear the other guests.

No do not disturb card, no milk for coffee.Common areas look a bit worse for wear, could use a refresh

Attached picture when i arrived to understand the standards of cleanliness of this hotel.I had to go to reception and show them the picture and ask to go and clean it properly.......

A total scam

The property functions as a ghost hotel. You cannot contact the manager at any time, it probably doesn’t exist.The hotel is in severe damage - walls are deeply scratched and dirty and some with punches/holes, in common areas and room. The whole vibe is suspicious and unsafe. If we want to go full on - even the entry doors of the building need fixing, already leaving a very bad first impression. There is not a chance this is a property that should render accommodation/ hospitality services under these conditions, let alone claim a 4 star.The nerve of the reception staff to ask if another room would be better shows they don’t care and pretend that perhaps a diff room might be up to standard. What a scam.This is the reason why I contacted Booking to process a refund and would suggest nobody chooses this property. There are suitable options in similar / same area at a proper standard and value for money. Hope this is useful for other travelers specially if it’s their first time in the city.

Hotel was nice, tidy, a very basic hotel. It was just off the main street so that it was calm and quiet during the nights (at least off season), but close enough to restaurants, shops and the beach.

There was a little ant invasion in the common room. Squeeky floors. Breakfast was not included.

I arrived around 15:00 (after check in time started) and it was nobody at the reception and my room was not ready, I had to wait. People on reception are not very friendly

Good location in terms of proximity to pretty much everything — nice area. I also liked the building and room decor.

Sink was in disrepair. Fridge was not plugged in, which caused an inconvenience in storing my food. I like the room, but there were definite maintenance issues. Walls require a coat of paint, and the floor a good cleaning… (I have stayed in worse)

Room was adequate, very clean and a very comfortable bed. Location was very good close to trains and tram. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Woul have liked to be able to have a drink in the lobby in the evening.

The courtyard was very pleasant to have a bottle of wine... Decent location.

Room was small and cramped, but we expected that in a European city. Shower was tiny, bed was so-so. Nothing remarkable about the place.

The location is very central the room was clean and comfortable air conditioning worked ,nice walk in shower,comfortable bed. The staff are very helpful and pleasant

The hotel is showing wear ,the lift didn't work on the day we arrived the coffee machine had to fixed after making each cup of coffe.The entrance is showing signs of needing some maintenance. All small stuff in the overall context of our stay

The location is perfect. It states in the centre of the city.

The room is in a old condition, despite its cleanliness. The wall is full of dirt. It misses a.wTer cooker.

Really great location. Can walk to the beach or short walk to tram and short walk to train Rooms were large with comfortable bed and great bathroom with a large shower. Really lovely staff

Hotel located in the heart of the city nearby everything u may need and conveniently locatedVery quiet

- Close to the city center and to the railway station- The staff is friendly and helpful - Cleaning is thorough

- The street is very busy at night, therefore it’s impossible to sleep even with windows closed - Elevator was broken
