The Staff were exceptional. Hotel employee and their colleagues. The housekeeping staff, everyone who came to work every day were very courteous, personable and helpful. EXCELLENT+++++

The elevator broke the day after our arrival. We were on the 5th floor for two weeks. 10 minutes before we checked out, the elevator was up and running again. Ironic! Our floor had a strange odor to it. Carpeting needs to be replaced.

Great location, nice little unit all furnished, nice balcony with a little view.

The kitchen was useful for and grocery shops nearby. Close to the seafront. AC heating mode helped a lot because we were visiting in January. The sunshine and clear blue waves were refreshing.

I slept on the couch which was a bit worn. Not a fan of floor tiles, which are probably fine during summer but were a bit cold during winter.

Room was great for our short stay. Basic but comfortable enough, and we had a nice view of the street. Staff were accommodating. There was a cool little kids play area off from reception that we sat in while we had a bit of time to spare before our flight.

Not about the property itself - but we had a resident from one of the attached apartments that was fussing over us being in the communal pool (which access came with the room). We realised after that he was saying for us to use a swimming cap, but we weren't even dunking under. We had our baby at the time who just needed to cool off quickly.

Good place with small kitchenette and balcony.

They clean your room only for additional payment. Good location but in general the hotel and furniture are quite old, I would renovate it.

The location was perfect. The tram was outside of the hotel. The Promenade de Anglais is right around the corner.

The hotel did not have cleaning services unless you stayed a minimum of 8 days. I stayed 7 days and the garbage piled up. Would have liked for the room to be cleaned at least half way through my stay.

Perfect location! Very close to city center, beaches and airport. You can book with nice view balcony.

It’s was not clean. When I reached out to the property about trying to change my room no one responded. I spoke with front desk they said I’d have to ask tomorrow. I requested a new room due to white stickiness on the couch and hair all over the bathroom. The toilet was not clean and the shower was disgusting. The floors were filthy with dirt in the bedroom. This place is a complete scam. They did not have all the amenities listed and they did not care to assist when I needed. The photos look nothing like the rooms and all the furniture is filthy.

It was a very nice location and very comfortable to get there from the airport.

Maybe we miss it if it was written somewhere , but no one notified us about the reset of internet. When we went to ask why we were without internet, we were told that’s because of the reset. Unfortunately they weren’t able to provide us with new credentials right away and we ended up without an internet for the rest of the day for half a day. But other than that it was nice. :)

The location

The structure was not clean properly and really old. The room looked dirty, the wifi didn’t work.

Rooftop pool was nice, and I liked the placement of the hotel.

No cleaning of room between days, and its very oldschool, with a normal key. That is not optimal, when more than one person.

Huge apartment with kitchen.

The toilet is separate from the bathroom so you have to walk to the other side of the apartment to wash your hands.

Family treat! Lovely staff, clean areas, rooms had everything we needed. Wish the pool was open to usage. Great location, really easy access and many facilities around. We would definitely come back.

Only on our first morning, there were drilling noises at 7am , it did startle us but stopped soon. Pool was closed but we were aware.

Pillows are due to change, very thin.No coffee/ tea/ milk/ sugar.Beds are two singles joined together and they kept moving.

The breakfast was convenient.

When looking on the website it led us to believe there is a view of the Mediterranean, however check the name as there is another property with similar name.

Very central location next to the tram line to the port and centre ville. Very nice staff and very helpful.

Elevator was out of order for our stay. We were notified in advance and offered accommodation at another hotel but decided to stay here still as it was in a central location compared to the alternative.

Nice room, fresh and white bedding, well-equipped kitchen, close to Airport, close to Nice center and other tourist locations, good tram connection to the train station where train took us to Cannes, to Monaco get a bus 607. From the Airport take a whatever tram, direction Port Lympia, and get off on station Grand Arenas where at the machine on tram stop buy a ticket for all Nice. From Airport to Gran Arenas these two station are unpaid. We didn't know about it but the tram driver said us this. Do not buy a ticket at the machine at the Airport tram stop for 10 or 12 euros. It is the one way ticket not for all Nice City. It is a nice hotel in Nice ;)
